For a country bumpkin staying in the big city, I wasn’t disappointed. I felt safe. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, parking was secure. Can’t complain at all.

A hidden gem of a hotel in downtown Minneapolis

I’ve stayed here before and like this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, and reasonable rates. Super comfy room, fully equipped fitness room, and adjacent parking lot (extra costs on that).

Food and Drinks are expensive but not bad. They close the hours very early for breakfast like 9am…beware late starters…LOL. They do not but butter on their toast or offer jam. Nitpicking really. Overall the room was very comfortable, clean, and felt secure.

There were several amenities, stores, restaurants, etc. within walking distance of the hotel. The only down side is if you have a floor level room, there is a chance of noise coming from outside. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Conveniently located, has a back lot that offers free parking which is hard to find in downtown Minneapolis. Most downtown hotels have you park in a ramp next door which can cost $30-$40 per 24 hours. The lot was a little sketchy, but I parked near the building and had no issues there. No pool or free breakfast, but there's a nice bar in the lobby and breakfast is available per menu, looks good. Staff are very nice, and the room was wonderful- all the amenities you'd expect.
