The property was very convenient for traveling tonSt Croix Falls, Stillwater, and Crystal. We did have a problem the first night when kids were pounding on our door after 10pm. After the 3rd time I went to the front desk where the host resolved the issue and the parents of the kids both apologized

While i was there they were doing some construction and i heard about 40 minutes of construction noise above our room until we walked out for the day so not sure how long that went on but it was at 9am which is early to be dealing with.

The room was dirty. I checked for bed bugs right away. It didn’t seem like they spread people out very well in the hotel. I didn’t feel safe, people lurking in the hallway that didn’t belong there. I took precessions in my room (covered peep hole in door, etc). Checked out early and stayed at another hotel.

My stay was ok, the rooms were specious, the hotel clerks were helpful. The first aid kit was missing a lot of things. The pull out couch had some stains that resemble dried blood and brown stains as well. When I brought it to the clerks attebtion she showed empathy and asked if i wanted to switch rooms. Breakfast was tasty. Pool was ok.

Very nice and clean. Check in was fast and quick, room was perfect. Breakfast was great. Ate there on a Sunday morning and the breakfast area was busy. Staff was constantly checking the food and making sure nothing was empty. The Belgium Waffles where amazing.
