Room was fine; We were really disappointed as we were getting in and chose this place as it had a nice looking restaurant/bar. We were told we could not eat as fryers had been broke for 2 weeks; an we’re advised to order in from elsewhere.

Room, parking and check-in was fabulous. The restaurant and bar service was horrible. We never were able to order food due to a 2 hour wait. We finally had to Door Dash pizza. It took 45 minutes of woting in line to get one berr and a glass of wine.

No breakfast, had to check out early to find breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hated our neighbor with all middle of the night noises they were making, playing music loudly.

We didn't wake up on time to have breakfast but for a quick overnight for a concert, it was convenient, walkable and we liked the pool. Sad that that hot tubs were not on working order though. Both should. Not be out of commission at the same time.

Staff was amazing. Recognized husband’s birthday and had just checked in a ton of people before us. Treated us so well. Quiet, spacious rooms. Skyway access was great for getting to downtown fun spots.

We originally were supposed to stay overnight for a nice weekend trip there in Minneapolis but unfortunately got caught off guard by the weather so we decided to leave early. But during check in we were complementary upgraded to a suite which was completely unexpected but it was very nice and appreciated. The location was great and amenities were above from what we expected. We’re planning on coming back to visit and will definitely stay here again in the future.
