We had a great experience. We ended up being upgraded, which was great. Breakfast was great. Only weird thing is that you have to take an elevator to get to the lobby of the hotel. It was great that we could walk to the concert in the connecting skywalks.

The space felt very dirty. Staff was not very personable. Stayed 4 days and had to ask for service to room. No microwave in room. Overpriced for few amenities. Hot tub was very cold. Stains everywhere in hotel…halls room, elevators. All glass surfaces had smudges, fingerprints or smears. Breakfast area was so messy with spills on counters and floors and garbage. No complimentary breakfast for price. Just felt limited for price and felt very unclean.

The staff was really helpful during our stay we had severe weather come through the metro including tornado warning and sirens. After speaking to the front desk and hearing that they are monitoring it and that we are safe to stay in our room and if that changes they would let us know where and when to go was really comforting . Breakfast was also pretty good with decent amount of options, would stay again!

Overall, it's wonderfully convenient that the hotel was close to the U.S. Stadium. We were told we can simply walk on the skywalk to get to our destination. However, halfway there, one of the skywalk doors are closed with no note of explanation, and there was a guard on the other side, who didn’t even bother to tell us why we can't get through. The room was clean and spacious just as we reserved. Thank God I'm the weird person who carries plastic bags around. The garbage cans do not have disposal bags on them. So, we used the ones I brought. We just wished there was a microwave because we had some lunch leftovers, and we came back late from the event and got famished. It was my first time booking there. So, I would likely come back for nearby events. I just need to be prepared. I should have taken advantage on the breakfast! 😂
