Dry clean room and environmental staffs came in to clean and stock supplies daily. The hotel being close to everything downtown was exactly what we were looking for.

Room was fine. The problem is the parking. We parked before checking in. They said it would be $42/day to be paid at leaving. We kept the car in the ramp all the time we were there. On leaving, the gate said we owed $84!!! I reversed, parked and my wife went in to straighten it out. First, Sheraton should provide complimentary parking for guests, but more importantly, not try to screw over their guests. The front desk guy waived the fee and let us go unmolested by exhorbitant parking rates.

This hotel was great for my business trip! The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Really liked the table that you can adjust the height and use as a standing desk. The lobby and lounge areas were beautiful and nice to sit in and work or have a glass of wine in the evening. The staff was really lovely - friendly, hospitable, professional, attentive. Kudos to all of them -- the bartender, the barista, the front desk staff were all lovely.
