Experience our modern, newly built home in Denver's hottest neighborhood--LoHi. At nearly 4,000 square feet, our home has an open floor plan throughout the main level, three bedrooms on the second level (all with their own bathrooms) and a 3rd floor loft with access to two rooftop spaces that each have spectacular downtown views. We have a high-end kitchen with high-end appliances--gas stove and separate fridge and freezer. The basement features a 2br/1ba apartment with full kitchen.
