The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house and is accessible from an entrance hall on the ground floor via a staircase. The living room has a flat screen TV and an open kitchen. There is a car park. The apartment has a large terrace on the seats and a table are available. Integrated in the living room wooden staircase (stairs, see picture) leads inside the home in the open second bedroom with double bed,   - Please note, this staircase is very steep and could for physically disabled persons and small children are a problem. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und angenehm. Doch habe ich mal noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten zur Verbesserung. 1. ein W-Lan Zugang wäre nicht schlecht 2. es ist nicht von allem Geschirr genügend da 3. ein großer Besen wäre nicht schlecht, dass man zwischendurch auch mal kehren könnte. Aber uns hat es sehr gefallen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Die FeWo war sauber und wie beschrieben.
Für die Lage des Objekts sehr gut. Bis auf den Tisch und die vier Stühle vor dem Eingang - fehlten Ruhesessel zum Entspannen.

Angenehmer Urlaub in einfacher Unterkunft
Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, einem muss bewusst sein das die Einrichtung nicht mehr die neuste ist und eben auch Flecken auf dem Teppich und Sofa bei der Reinigung scheinbar nicht mehr weg zu kriegen sind. Auch geklebte Holzstühle gehörten dazu, wen dies nicht stört der hat einen unkomplizierten Aufenthalt unweit von Strand, die Küche bietet alles Möglichkeiten um zu Kochen alles in allem waren wir trotz der oben aufgeführten Punkte zufrieden.

Auszeit vom Trubel
Die kleine Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet , was Mann/ Frau für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Fahrräder wären von Vorteil , da das Haus am Ortsausgang von Mölschow liegt und somit Radtouren Empfehlenswert sind. Wer seinen Partner morgens mit Kaffee überraschen möchte, hat leider keine Chance, denn die tatsächlich NUR vor der Küchenzeile knarrenden Bodenelemente machen Dieses unmöglich. ( gibts halt keine Überraschung - geht auch) wir würden das Objekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
