There are security cameras on the front entryway and on both sides of the rear of the house focused on the entry points. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

There are no cameras inside the home.
Rates & Guest Count
The base rate covers the first 7 guests.
Each additional guest beyond the first 7 (age 3 and over) is $30 per person, per day. Select the correct number of guests at booking time and the system will calculate this fee automatically up to the limit of the platform. Additional guests at the property will be charged manually.
Children 2 and under stay free and do not need to be included in your guest count.
This fee applies to anyone who comes onto the property, not just overnight guests. It helps cover additional wear and tear, increased cleaning/disinfecting, and higher utility usage.
Pets:
Pets are welcome for $300 per pet, per stay.
Events
Events may be possible depending on the type of event, number of people, and number of cars.
All events must be approved by the host.
Typical cost is $30 per person.
Smoking
No smoking inside the house or garage.
Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine.
General Rules
Respect for Neighbors & Noise
- Respect neighboring propertiesâno trespassing into yards or driveways. Treat neighbors with courtesy and respect.
- Keep outdoor noise at a reasonable level at all times.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
- Any amplified outdoor music must be preâapproved by the host.
Parking & Property Use
- Park only in the garage or driveway. There is ample parking for many cars.
- No street parking is permitted.
- Fireworks are prohibited anywhere on the property.
- No offâroad vehicles are allowed.
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the home.
Safety & Liability
- The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
Refunds & Fees
- Refund Policy:
- 100% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 30 days before arrival
- 50% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 14 days before arrival
- A pre-authorized damage deposit hold of $2,000 is required or a non-refundable damage waiver of $100/day up to $400. If the damage deposit is chosen it is released a few days following check out provided there is no damage during the guest stay.
- Early arrival or late departure: $200 fee.
- Neighbor complaint: $500 fee.
- Security dispatched: $500 fee.
- Police called: $1,000 fee and guests may be required to vacate immediately without refund.
- Unregistered guests: $500 penalty plus $60 per person for anyone on the property not included in the reservation.
Home Care
- Do not attach anything to walls or ceilings with tape, tacks, or adhesives. Damage will result in charges.
- Return any moved furniture to its original position. A $100 fee applies if items are not reset.
Indoor Pool
- The indoor pool is open yearâround and maintained at 75°F.
- Heating above 75°F is $25 per degree, per day (request at least 1 day before arrival).
- Maintenance staff visits once per week, typically for about 30 minutes.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.
Rental Requirements
- Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this home.
- Guests must sign the rental agreement prior to checkâin. Instructions will not be released until the agreement is signed.
