Its very suprising that you hv reacted this way. You never complained anything like this to me or my staff . I remember only once you had an issue with the bed sheet on arrival & dead roach in the bathroom and we took care of it for you. Your kids shopped at my store once & they confirm with me all is good in the apt. So i believe its a un fair review you hv given us. We thank you anyway
