We offer you a luxury 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa in lush green grounds, located on a hill over looking the breathtaking Caribbean Sea. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Comprising of a bathroom, a generous size living and dining area together with a well equipped kitchen. Also a communal private pool with lounges, and seating area. We have also provided lounges free (just speak to the housekeeper).
This is a secure private development with 24hr gated security and night patrol person
There is a patio at the front of the property that looks towards the ocean. All bedrooms are fully furnished with air conditioning and television.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and what you would expect in a well equipped kitchen.
The dining & lounge area is also spacious and comfortable, which includes a sofa, coffee tables, large dinning table which sits up to 6 people. There is a Music System, TV, DVD player, and Cable as well as internet this is free (wifi is chargeable at a small rate)
Our friendly dedicated staff will welcome you upon arrival and will assist you in making your holiday experience the best. Our staff will clean and tidy the villa daily, (except Sundays) The House Keeper & our chef Delroy will cook and serve all your meals, at a small cost. (most of our clients just like to start the day with A good breakfast). Delroy is popular and he has his own resturant in Ocho Rios so you will need to book him early.

Many of our guests prefer to book with breakfast included and at an extra fee (to be discussed). Delroy is known for his cooking. Your family can pre-order a varied weekly breakfast menu by speaking to Delroy or myself when you arrive at the Villa.

We also provide you with a mobile cell phone to use while you are staying at the villa. You will find it very useful for local calls, and international to USA, Canada, and Uk , the mobile phone number is given to you before you arrive for you to give to friends and family before you leave to come to Jamaica..
Daily transport: Tours and the local beaches.
We also provide local tours if you are interested in booking a tour please speak to Dennis our driver who knows the island very well. (He doesn't drive fast) Qualified by Maxi tour.
There are several wonderful beaches and historial palces to see, within a few miles of the Emerald villa, such as Reggae Beach, Golden Sands, James Bond Beach and Laughing Waters. Hamony Hall museums, Battle side, musems, and Tower Isles.
When leaving the security gate asked anyone of the security guards especially Donovan he has been there for the last five years he will direct you any where (Past clients have been happy with Donovan's helpfulness). There is a local beach next to the local gas station called the Cool Oasis ask the staff they are friendly and will direct you to the beach. There are about 4 more beaches in the area depending where you want to go. âReggae Beachâ is situated about 12 mins from the villa not far from âWhite River. Then you have the famous James Bond Beach, in the area where Alexandra Fleming our (famous writer). We now have a new airport in the Bosbel area called 'Alexandra Fleming Airport' you can check out local flights as well as those short hop flights to other local caribbean islands. The airport is about 10 mins away if driving on your left it will be on your right hand side.

The famous Bob Marley's birthplace at Nine Mile and playwright Noel Coward's house Firefly with its spectacular view over Port Maria are well worth a visit.
About 10 mins drive from the villa check out White River where there is a choice of kayaking, tubing or rafting down a three mile stretch of the river from the 17th century landmark Spanish Bridge, the view is breath taking and it is inexpensive don't forget to knock down prices, with the locals they love it.
Don't forget the famous Dunn's River Falls, even if you have been before you will be surprised just how much has changed in the short time you can actually spend a whole day there with the family swimming at the beach and enjoying that famous 'jerk chicken'.
We provide babysitting services, Our staff are also police checked and have many experience working within villas, hotels and self catering industries.
