Fantattik - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

To enter the flat one has to climb 20 rather narrow wooden steps from the entrance door. This makes the flat unsuitable for children or people who have some mobility problems.

Arriving in the living area, the room is very cosy and tastefully furnished. This area is on 2 levels staggered by 3 or 4 steps:
- on the mezzanine level there is a sofa bed with seating for 3, a TV, an armchair and a dormer window from where you can glimpse the park with its hills of olive groves and vineyards and a piece of the sea.

- On the lower level of the living area, we find the dining area furnished with a table for 4 people, plus a complete, fully equipped kitchen and a very useful service bathroom close to the bedroom. From this living area there is access, via 5 medium-high steps, to the attic loft which is a bedroom with a double bed.

The bathroom with shower is located at the bottom of the staircase of 20 narrow wooden steps, near the entrance of the flat and this is also the reason why this flat is not suitable for children or people with mobility problems.

Throughout the flat we have AIR CONDITIONING both cold and hot.

The cleaning fee includes 40 euros for linen.. City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights
