The property was in an excellent location from the train station. It was an easy 10 minute walk, only because we kept looking around at the beauty around us. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to anything that we needed. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling as well as the beds were comfortable. The breakfast as delicious and abundant, there was eggs, bacon great bread, fruit, cereal, pastries excellent coffee and tea. It was all just wonderful! Thank you, Jo and Eve

Location, location, location
Chose this hotel for one night based upon location, but it was so handy we extended our stay another 2 days. Staff at the hotel were very nice and welcoming. Bathroom is quite small, but that was not a deal breaker.

Clean and great location
Nice hotel in the "New town" are of Monterosso. Clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but it had a balcony and the room was medium size. The breakfast was good. A good solid 4 star for Italy. Not far from the train station on flat ground. Most hotels in Monterosso require a hike uphill.

A very good experience
Very nice stay. Friendly, efficient staff. Good location. Attractive building and grounds. I would have stayed another night or two, but I had to be getting to other places.

Four stars rating needs a large pinch of salt ! Basic and clean with friendly service. Turning around in the shower is no easy task and that’s after you have tripped over the bidet to get in 😂.
