Excellent staff they are very friendly. Maintanence in rooms need something to be desires. Toilet loose & no tissues along with the door not closing properly in the first room I was in. Second room was good but no iron. Last room was amazing however once again no iron.

The staff (Carla, Austin) and all others, provided excellent service and support during our stay. The room was clean and well-heated, which felt great when it was -3 degrees outside!
