More like hostel close to a derelict parking lot

We arrived Saturday afternoon around 14h30. The people at reception were helpful but the room was really terrible no view a very poor room all together. We asked the reception if they had something better they took us around the place and showed us a couple of other rooms but it was no better. They told us that they would refund the room but we did want to run the risk to be without any rooms at all. So we spent the night and checked out the next morning. When we asked for a refund they said that we would have to speak to the manager however he was not on site and only speaks Portuguese, We also discovered that the price for this on Expedia Brazil was half the price that we paid? We found another hotel right on the beach and half the price per night very nice comfortable room. Not only we paid double the price for 2 nights but we did not get our refund for the second night. Not a good experience at all.

Ar gelando no 12, funcionários educados e prestativos, chuveiro quentinho , piscina aquecida, ótimo custo benefício. A única coisa q deixou a desejar um pouco foi a cama twin, puxava a gente para o meio q é meio dividido. A tv 100%, café não tem muitas opções mas tudo que tem é bom. Gostei, recomendo e voltaria

O quarto pode melhorar. A equipe é boa, o café da manhã também. O que deixou a desejar foi não darem cobertor. Foram duas pessoas que dormiram no quarto, e só deram uma coberta minúscula, no segundo dia, depois de muita insistência. No primeiro dia dormimos sem cobertor. Faltou mais aconchego no jogo de cama. De resto, bom hotel.

Nunca mais volto nesse hotel. Quartos em péssimo estado , sujos , nada confortáveis , ar condicionado barulhento , cortinas sujas e não eram black out , banheiro sujo , com limos na parede e no chuveiro . Mobiliário ainda aos pedaços . Troquei de quarto 3 vezes e não adiantou , era um pior que o outro .

Sai , deixei as chaves na recepção e pedi algumas observações, como deixar um cobertor no quarto, Ao retornar horas depois percebi que o quarto não tinha sido limpo Depois de algum tempo apareceu uma senhora no começo da noite e limpou o quarto. E o tal cobertor eu fui retirar na portaria. Só que o mesmo era tão pequeno que mau dava pra se cobrir. Sem contar o cheiro de mofo no quarto, e só piora quando liga o ar condicionado . Se tu tem alguma alergia eu não recomendo.
