Anywhere else is better

Took 20-30 minutes for someone to appear at front desk for check-in. Air conditioning unit in room was obnoxiously loud. Shower made high-pitched screeching noise. TV was low definition. More sketchy than photos make hotel appear. Would not stay here again.

I tried reaching the front desk' no response- no phone in the room to speak with someone regarding safety, and sanitary measures. I would like to request a refund for several reasons. The water was a huge concern as when we arrived the water was unhealthy. The bed linen had hair and stains which I was very uncomfortable and asked the front desk for new linen only to receive nothing. Due to us traveling 2 hours and was unfamiliar with the area had to find a safer hotel to utilize. Also the hotel advertised breakfast which was not even an option as l would have not trusted to eat there. The doors weren't secure and multiple people were walking along side the door area and we Didn't feel safe or secure. As I traveled alone with a child. Requesting a complete refund immediately, to resolve my issue I didn't even feel safe to leave the room key at the desk.

O booked the room with the jacuzzi for two nights. Both nights it didn’t work. I went there on a business trip and I told the front desk that when I come back I will take them to fix it. Unfortunately I came in late the second night. Very disappointed that my jacuzzi didn’t work. Aside from that. Upon my arrival I’ve notice stains on my pillow and the jacuzzi wasn’t clean. On my way to the front to complain, the cleaning staff was in the hall way and when I told them, they said they were busy and to give them time. Anyway, at this point I was annoyed and asked them for the cleaner spray and gloves to clean it myself. Only to find the thing didn’t work anyway. So annoying. I’ve rented a room with jacuzzi, pd the price for it, I expected it to work and clean bedding. Very disappointed.

There were roaches, immigrants and meth heads. it was genuinely straight out of a movie where you buy meth and a cheap stripper. It was the most putrid place I have ever been to. It’s the type of place where you don’t even want to touch anything let alone breathe the air in that building.

Review on Pocono Hotel

I don’t usually post on here but I feel like I have to. First of all this Hotel is very outdated,rooms,lobby, everything. The mattress were no better then sofa beds. No room service. The toilet is the smallest I’ve ever seen. The bathroom fan didn’t work, and the mini fridge was making a noise all night. Cleanliness was not the best. There was a stinking in the room. Even the Tv service was outdated.

first of all this place is a Motel not a Hotel and the pictures you have on your site about their room do not match. The room is dirty doesn't have a lock on the door. They have a 15 minute policy for you decide if your staying otherwise they wont refund you. We drove 4 hours to get to them and they expected for us to decide if we were staying or leaving. Hello we just did a 4 hour drive first thing I want to do is use the bathroom. Needless to stay we decided to leave and we didn't get our money back. When I tried to lay down in the bed to rest the bed was dirty.

The elevator was very dirty, the floor sticky & the walls had something splashed on them, the back door hallway to the parking lot was very DIRTY & smelly. The glass mirror table by the elevator was unnecessary, broke in a spot & filthy. The room itself was rather nice, however both drains had NO plug which is dangerous to lose something, the toilet dripped blue liquid on the floor & the closet had NO HANGERS
