Filters not communicated

Lovely motel. Boutique type. No pets allowed. I choose pet friendly in my search, but did not consider this filter when recommended facilities. Had to get a $100.00 cash deposit to stay. Good thing since all was booked in area for a convention. Travelocity needs to recognize the filters a client takes the time to include. Second time

Hi , we really sory for your inconvenience, but we have a policy for pets not allowed, only we alow only a guide dog . In past we had very bed experyance to accept pets , So now we are alow only a guide dog . And we are appreciate for staying with us
