Easy access to downtown Muncie being situated on the West Edge of the Ball State Campus District. We also have a 5 star brother property called “The Cardinal” close by for additional availability.

Check in was easy and amazing! I originally only got it for 5 days but decided to extend for an extra 3 and the process was easy and they owners were great about it. Coffee shop, corner store and even a laundry mat (if needed) is less than a 1 min walk. My over all week stay was great! I will rent again for sure when I come down to visit.
