From checkin to check out nothing but awesome. The front desk clerk was so very helpful. She found us reservations for a great evening meal, and also explained the best way to utilize the bus and train to get into Munich. It was very helpful and made our trip much easier.

It was a delight to stay at this hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Loved the little amenities that were provided. Great breakfast at a decent price. Was offered a second cup of coffee, an absolute rarity in German restaurants. The bus stopped right in front of the hotel. Every single employee was welcoming.
