EXCELLENT!!!! Best hotel of our 2-week trip!!

Pros: STAFF!!! Restaurant, location, cleanliness, comfort of beds!
Monica & Stephanie (Front Desk) were great!! We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Orbis & will definitely stay there again if we return to Munich!! They were both extremely helpful with directions & information needed for public transportation, which we knew very little about before arriving at the hotel. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant & the food, as well as the service were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Munich. The hotel is a bit out of town, but with public transportation, you can be in the City Center in 20 mins. without having to worry about parking.
