The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful in all ways. The hotel is conveniently and centrally located directly across the street ( a very busy street) from Munich HBF train station. The only negative is no fault of the hotel or staff, but the location. Not the prettiest part of the city, lots of riff raff immediately outside of the hotel asking for cash.

Loved the hotel, the rooms are modern, clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We had the buffet breakfast and it was abundant and very tasty. The hotel is situated very close to the old town…however given the proximity to the train station there are some unsavoury characters hanging around the hotel. Would go back though!

Property was convenient to all my tours which were only a few blocks away and to Old Town Munich and restaurants. Room and bathroom are neat but new towels are not provided every day due to environmental regulations it appears. This should be communicated to English speakers. Rain shower is nice but water gets everywhere due to single door/glass. Also, seems to be an issue with wake up calls. Would stay there again due to location

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station and because the NH brand is always a guarantee, and this visit to Munich was no exception. The staff, from reception to the restaurant, were always very friendly and helpful, especially now that the train station is undergoing renovations. The room was very comfortable and had modern decor and modern amenities. The breakfast buffet was one of the most enjoyable parts of the stay; it's a good option to try Bavarian dishes, in addition to the traditional items one expects at an NH hotel.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to the city center and right by the main train station. I was a little disappointed that our room was cleaned only once during our 3 nights stay.
