The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful in all ways. The hotel is conveniently and centrally located directly across the street ( a very busy street) from Munich HBF train station. The only negative is no fault of the hotel or staff, but the location. Not the prettiest part of the city, lots of riff raff immediately outside of the hotel asking for cash.

We visited for Oktoberfest and found this to be a great location. We walked to and from Oktoberfest. There many many shops and food spots within walking distance. The staff was great and we loved the hotel.

Early Octoberfest

The hotel is located right across from the main train station and it’s also centrally located that it’s walkable to a lot of shops, restaurants, churches and etc. The hotel parking is 2 minutes walking distance away in a different building. They’ve a great selection for breakfast and also they have complimentary cookies, candies, fruits and mini chocolates in the front desk area. The staff is awesome too.

A nice modern new hotel, in a very convenient place, easy to get to, with nice rooms well kitted out. The lack of a dedicated concierge made it difficult to get served at reception as the staff had to do everything- which was very inconvenient and caused long delays.

Just steps from München Haupbahnhof. Extremely easy access to public transportation from taking the S-Bahn to the airport to taking the U-Bahn to places of interest. Straßenbahn is just outside the hotel, too, not to mention scooters. You will NOT need a car. The breakfast buffet is extensive and of high-quality. Property is modern and upgraded. Rooms are pretty much soundproof (no drywall here). My girlfriend and I had a balcony on the top floor: costs a bit more but the views won’t disappoint.
