They never took any of the dirty glasses from our room. By the time we left we had a stack of dirty glasses that needed washing. All the staff except one were rude, when I asked to speak to a manager I was told he was the manager and was also rude. The place is one and half block away from strip tease (gentlemen’s club). Makes you feel real safe when you have to walk past them to get to the metro. One of the worst places I have ever stayed

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The first night I slept there alone, the second night, my family joined me. The morning of the second day, I paid for an additional bed in the room and asked to have the room cleaned before my family had to use it. At 7pm we came back to the room and found everything as I had left it in the morning. After complaining with the reception, some staff member came, left the bed in the middle of the room, threw some fresh towels on a table and left. Extremely rude, unprofessional and definitely not worth of a 4* rating. We didn't even have a complementary bottle of water in the room which is a standard practice for 4* hotels worldwide. Never again!
