The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. A large Mallorcan door and a large window make the living-dining room and the kitchen, united in the same space, a bright and pleasant place. It is absolutely practical as you can cook on the ceramic hob or eat with the family while watching something interesting on the satellite TV. The sofa and an air-conditioning unit, above a beautiful decorative stone fireplace, are good allies for a well-deserved rest after a busy day.
