This beautiful country house is located between Muro and Can Picafort, a few kilometres from the beach and yet in a quiet location. It is no more than 10 minutes by car from the wonderful beaches of Can Picafort and Platja de Muro, as well as the unique water protection area of S'Albufera.



The charming country house offers space for 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each. The bathrooms are very modern and luxurious.

A modern and fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. Next to it is the spacious living-dining room, also of modern design. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV (cable/satellite), as well as CD and DVD players.

On the 35 m2 covered terrace, you can spend cosy barbecue evenings and enjoy the fantastic views. You can cool off in the 9x5 metre swimming pool, and there are sun loungers in the garden for your relaxation.

The views are stunning. The house is super clean and the owners ensured the pool and garden were always spotless. Can Picafort is super close which makes it very easy to go to the supermarketout for dinner. We loved it an recommend it fully.

Perfect holiday!

We loved spending our holiday for the second time in finca 178 in Muro. The finca is just perfect for our family. This summer there was airco in the bedrooms and that was really nice! We enjoyed the pool, the sun, the garden, the beautiful views, the friendly service of Mallorca Charme and Balthazar (thanks for the delicious cake and breakfast) ! We really hope to come back to Mallorca for another stay in finca 178!

Sehr schöne, großzügige, saubere und moderne Finca. Pool und Gartenanlage gepflegt und einladend. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei und schnell per WhatsApp und zur Verfügung gestellten Links. Die Villa ist sehr abgelegen und mit einem Draht-Zaun umrandet. Sichtschutz hat aber gefehlt. Nachts haben die bellenden Hunde teilweise gestört. Für die kühleren Monate (wir waren im März dort) fehlt es definitiv an einer Heizung in der Finca. Es war alles sehr ausgekühlt und ungemütlich. Wir haben über die Klimaanlagen etwas heizen können. In der Küche war keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, daher war es unangenehm kühl. Dies gilt es zu verbessern. Sonst sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Ruhe und die gute Ausstattung des Hauses gefällt uns immer noch sehr gut. Die Reinigung des Pools wurde erst vor unsere Abreise nach zwei Wochen durchgeführt. Ein wöchentlicher Rhythmus wäre aus unserer Sicht erforderlich. Ein Insektenschutz zumindest bei einem Teil der Fenster ist wünschenswert. Das Haus liegt zwar abseits, aber mehr Bepflanzung oder ein anderer Sichtschutz würde die Privatsphäre verbessern.

Schöne Finca mit traumhaften Garten

Schöne, abgelegene Unterkunft ganz ohne Nachbarn.Das Haus war sehr sauber bis in den kleinsten Winkel.Der Garten ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern, sehr weitläufig und mit vielen, kleinen Palmen.Man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne am Pool.Küche ist mit den Basics ausgestattet.Im Wohnzimmer stehen mittlerweile neue Stühle und ein neues Sofa.Wir würden wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne moderne Finca mit viel Platz

Die Ausstattung der Finca ist super. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Wohbzimmer ist riesig und hell und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind modern und ansprechend ausgestattet. Große Kleiderschränke bieten mehr als genug Platz. Wir haben schon zahlreiche Fincas auf Mallorca gemietet, aber die Flor de Sal ist mit Abstand die Schönste. Ein schöner Pool lädt zum Baden ein. Am Pool gibt es feste Sonnenschirme. Begrüßt wurden wir mit einem üppigen Obstkorb und einer Flasche Sekt. Positiv fanden wir auch, dass ein später Checkout möglich war. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns, dass unsere Anregung vom letzten Jahr aufgenommen wurde und wir mit einem niegelnagelneuen Gasgrill überrascht wurden. Der Service könnte nicht besser sein, auf jede Nachfrage kommt prompt eine Antwort. Die Finca ist absolut zu empfehlen und wir kommen garantiert wieder. Aus unserer Sicht ist der einzige Nachteil, dass die Terassenüberdachung nicht regendicht ist. Das hängt mit den Bauvorschriften zusammen. Ist aber schade, wenn es mal regnet und trotzdem noch schön warm ist.

Sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Haus. Ruhige Lage Großer sehr sauberer Pool Sehr gute Matratzen Zusätzliche Schattenplätze auf der Wiese. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Es wäre schön wenn das Grundstück durch Bepflanzung oder Sichtschutz weniger einsehbar wäre. Zusätzliche Handtuchhaken und Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Bädern.

Tolle Finca für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Der Service durch mallorcacharm vorab und währenddessen ist total unkompliziert, schnell und hilfreich. Die sehr schöne Finca mit ihrer Ausstattung dem tollen großen Garten ist perfekt für Ruhesuchende. Auch die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. So war am Tag der Anreise der wirklich riesige Kühlschrank mit einer großen Schale Obst und Wein befüllt und am Wochenende haben sie eine Bäckertüte vorbeigebracht. Die Entfernung zum Supermarkt sowie zum weitläufigen und flach abfallenden Strand ist ideal. Abends sind die Mücken sehr aktiv, evtl. könnte man über Fliegengitter nachdenken. In der Küche haben uns größere Trinkgläser (0,4 L) gefehlt und eine Auflaufform. Wir haben aber auch jeden Tag gekocht und sind trotzdem super zurecht gekommen.

Amazing Villa. Perfect for a Covid-19 getaway. There was no heating in the living room when I arrived, so the owners provided two heaters and installed a brand new air con with heating the next day! Outstanding. Contact with the rental company was also very good. The only thing that could be improved is the decor. Onetwo paintings on the wall here and there, something like that. But I guess you don‘t need all that when you are outside in the beautiful garden area all day anyway. Would love to come back.

Würden diese Villa auf jeden Fall erneut buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Check-in und das Check-out haben unkompliziert und reibungslos funktioniert. Die Villa ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber, jedoch ist die Küche etwas spärlich eingerichtet. Mit dem Auto ist der Strand und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 10 Autominuten erreichbar. Die Aussenanlage ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Da es weit und breit keine Wasserquelle gab, hatte es durch den Tag sehr viele durstige Wespen beim Pool. Dies war für uns jedoch nicht störend, da die Wespen nicht aggressiv waren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Villa deshalb auf jeden Fall erneut buchen und weiterempfehlen. Die zusätzlichen Kosten für die Klimaanlage sind sehr gering und haben bei unserem Aufenthalt (7 Nächte) CHF 21.30 ausgemacht.

Idealer Fincaurlaub LG

Von der Buchung, Empfang und Betreuung durch den Eigentümer war alles vorzüglich und trug wesentlich für einen erholsamen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Finca bei. Wir möchten uns nochmals bei Mallorca - Charme und bei dem Eigentümer für alles ganz herzlich bedanken und würden uns sehr freuen, wenn es im nächsten Jahr wieder klappen würde. - Ein einfaches Segeltuch( ca. 3 -4 breit ) an der Terrassenüberdachung wäre sicherlich eine gute Lösung bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung speziell nachmittags und abends - ein zweiter Handtuchhalter im Duschbad/ Toilette wäre günstig - Gläser für ein mallorquinischen Verdauungsschnäppschen nach einem Grillabend wären ideal

We spent two weeks in this Villa in July 2019 with our three young children who are aged 1, 4 and 7. We had a fantastic time and we highly recommend this Villa for a family holiday. The Villa was only a few years old and is modern, spacious and immaculate. It is in a rural setting and positioned to receive the sun from sunrise to sunset over the mountains on the outside patio. It is about 55 minutes from Palma Airport, but only a short 5-10min drive to to the family resort of Alcúdia and Can Picafort. The utilities have been well thought-out and we had no issues whatsoever with our stay. The pool is great size for a family to enjoy. It is immaculate and clean and is well positioned in a manicured lawn of grass. The owners would come early morning every few days to inspect and clean the pool. As well as a welcome pack of fruit, confectionary and drinks, the owners also brought us home baking and pastries throughout the two weeks which was a lovely gesture. If you plan on hiring a car for exploring Mallorca and don’t mind a short drive to a large selection of restaurants, beaches and activities, we highly recommend this Villa.

Tolles Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage

super modernes Haus mit sehr viel Komfort und in sehr gepflegtem Zustand innen und außen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen mit einer kleinen Grundausstattung (Obst, Getränke), im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation stets schnell und hilfsbereit. Der Eigentümer hat uns während des Aufenthaltes zweimal Gebäck auf der Terrasse hinterlassen. Sehr gastfreundlich! Die Betten waren fest und in sehr gutem Zustand. Für uns sehr angenehm und sehr kulant von der Agentur war, dass wir bei unserer sehr frühen Anreise etwas früher ins Haus durften, als vereinbart. Was für uns während der relativ kühlen Osterferien fehlte, war eine Heizmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer. In den Schlafzimmern konnten wir mittels Klimaanlage heizen. Das Haus hallt recht stark (kein wirkliches Problem für uns), vielleicht würden ein paar Vorhänge diesen Effekt etwas dämpfen. Etwas mehr Wäschehaken in den Bädern wären eine kleine, aber hilfreiche Ergänzung.
