Welcome to this fabulous country house with private pool in Muro, just 15 km from one of the best beaches on the island. It welcomes 6 guests.
The best family holidays can be enjoyed in this wonderful country house and especially in the outdoor area. The private chlorine pool measures 9 x 4 metres, has a depth of 1.20 to 1.80 metres and guarantees you a refreshing swim after a day at the beach or visiting the island. You can sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers and enjoy a delicious barbecue under the huge and comfortable porch overlooking the mountains. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

Inside, the house is spread over a single floor in a modern style, cosy and full of light. From the porch you enter the huge living room where you can relax on the comfortable sofa while watching TV-sat. There is a second living room with a sofa and another TV. The protagonist of the house is undoubtedly the kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob and everything you may need to cook during your holidays, and with a huge and comfortable dining table where you can enjoy your best dishes in the company of your loved ones. The house also has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The sleeping area consists of three beautiful bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other two with double beds, one of them with en suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with shower for the rest of the house. We can also provide you with a cot and highchair if you are travelling with your baby. The house has AC with heat pump in all the rooms and the windows are protected from the sun's rays with screen blinds. In the garage, there are tools and hooks for your bicycles in case you wish to make cycling routes in the area.

The house is very close to Muro, where you can find all the services for an independent stay, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The nearest beach is the one of Muro, an incredible and long beach of white sand and turquoise waters, and one of the best of the island, without any doubt. But you can visit other interesting places from the house such as Alcúdia, Pollença or the Tramuntana mountains. If one day you feel like playing golf, the nearest golf course is Pollensa, 16.3 km away.

Die Gastfamilie der Unterkunft waren super Hosts

Die Gastfamilie der Unterkunft waren super Hosts. Das Haus ist gross mit viel Stauraum und einer grossen Küche. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und man kann hier super Ferien verbringen. Es isch schön grün und man hat seine Ruhe. Auf dem Grill in der Küche kann man Mahlzeiten zubereiten und einfach die Zeit geniessen. Als Fahrradgruppe war die Garage perfekt für die Fahrräder und unsere Utensilien. Durch die Host haben wir sehr herzliche Gastfreundschaft erfahren und bei Fragen standen sie uns immer zu Verfügung und haben uns super geholfen. Ich kann die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber-Familie nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort!

Die Finca ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr hell und freundlich durch die großen Fenster und Türenfronten. Die Küche ist sehr großzügig und das Highlight. Alles im Haus war perfekt sauber, auch der Pool und der Garten waren gerade gereinigt worden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin war sehr unkompliziert und sehr freundlich! Die Lage ist sehr abgeschieden und ruhig. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. Wer Ruhe und ein tolles modernes Haus mit Pool sucht, ist hier absolut richtig! Für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort! Wir würden wiederkommen.

[+] La villa est très spacieuse, moderne, avec tout ce qu’il faut. La piscine est super et les espaces extérieurs sont vraiment agréables. [-] Un des deux lits doubles et assez petit donc difficile d’y dormir à deux. Et deux salles de bain c’est peu pour 6 personnes mais on le savait déjà.

It is very spacious, the pool is great and clean, there is everything that you could need (well equipped kitchen, bbq, washer/dryer, etc.). Just be aware that you need a car to get there and to get around (next supermarket is an 8 min drive). I would definitely recommend this space.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Finca ist ein Traum. Modern eingerichtet, offen, ohne Schnickschnack und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Vor allem die Großzügigkeit hat uns gefallen. Jeder Raum hat mehr als genügend Platz bei einer beneidenswerten Deckenhöhe und riesigen Fenstern, Türen und einem sehr großzügigen Pool. Alles ist sauber und top in Schuss. Die Lage ist abgelegen was aber für uns genau das richtige ist. Man hat eigentlich keine Nachbarn und seine völlige Ruhe mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge sowie auf Muro. Man kann innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto alle Besorgungen erledigen oder an den Strand fahren. Für unsere Familie war es alles in allem wirklich perfekt und wir kommen gern wieder, wenn es uns nach Mallorca verschlägt.

Eine Traum-Finca für alle die Luxus, Modernität und Top-Qualität suchen. Riesige, bodentiefe Fenster, coole Architektur zeitgemäße Technik und ausgesuchte Details. Kein Schnickschnack, keine Staubfänger - alles macht Sinn und die unfassbare Größe der Finca strahlt ein Gefühl von purem Luxus aus. Riesiges Gelände, schöner, sauberer Pool, Aussengrill, automatisches Tor mit Fernbedienung - alles neu und Tipptop. Begrüßt wurden wir durch einen gefüllten Kühlschrank, zwischendurch wurden wir beschenkt mit Wein, mallorkinischen Gebäck und wertvollen Tipps.
