Capacity for 6 people.

Spacious and bright living room with garden view, offers satellite TV and WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen, connected to the dining room.

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.



Beautiful exterior, covered terrace with comfortable sofas, large 10x6 metre swimming pool, a jacuzzi next to the pool, sun loungers, barbecue, games area and dining area in good weather.

There is also an outdoor bathroom and shower.

Beautiful villa finished to a high spec

Pictures do not do this villa justice. Lovely grounds, pool and kitchen. Spiral staircase leads to the main bedroom so I would be mindful of any walking (or case lifting) difficulties

Toller Pool und gute Lage

Wir habe unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Am Anfang haben wir Rotweingläser, einen Duschvorhang mit Stange, kleine Abfalleimer für die Badezimmer und einen zweiten Gartentisch für die Terrasse beim Haus gekauft (total ca. € 150). Damit war das Haus für den Aufenthalt komplett ausgerüstet. Im Verlaufe unseres Aufenthalts haben wir festgestellt, dass in einem Nebengebäude ein zweiter Gartentisch vorhanden war. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir aber vom Hausbesitzer nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Ein Makel in der heissen Zeit, sind auch die grossen Fenster, welche über keine Aussenschattierung verfügen. Dies erfordert den Einsatz der Klimaanlage. Von anderen Ferienhäusern (dieser Preiskategorie) sind wir es gewöhnt, dass der Pool regelmässig gewartet wird. Obschon der Pool weitgehend selbstreinigend ist, beseht hier noch etwas Optimierungspotential. Wie eingangs erwähnt, haben wir unseren dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt genossen.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden (endlich auch einmal genügend Gläser). Alles war sauber und der Vermieter sehr nett. Ruhige Lage, dennoch gut zu erreichen. Das einzige, was man noch wissen sollte und was nicht in der Anzeige erwähnt ist: das Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage ist offen, sowohl zum integrierten Bad hin als auch nach unten.

Mooie villa’s

Mooie vilas,met 3 slaapkamers,heel diep zwembad-bijna 2,5-3,0 m.Wij hadden probleem met de airco and warme 🚿 maar was alles opgelost over 2 dagen van de Mallorca Charme.Grote tuin,schommel,jacuzzi,futbol veld.Goed voor familie.
