Great hotel in a useful location. The breakfast had good variety and they brought extra things out upon request. The quality maybe wasn't the best but it was still very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It's a shame they never seemed to have much change at reception when paying in cash.

Holiday Inn Muscat - A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Muscat was generally pleasant. The hotel offers spacious rooms and bathrooms, which was a definite plus. However, we found the pillows to be excessively soft, even the firmer option. While basic toiletries were available (soap, shampoo, conditioner), we had to specifically request them, which felt a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was average. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the milk in the machine, which had gone off, leaving us disappointed. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a breakfast box for our early check-out. Overall, we would consider staying at the Holiday Inn Muscat again, but with the hope that the pillow situation and breakfast quality would be improved.
