"Car pick up from Valet parking - Our key was lost at the bottom of the valet key cabinet - the attendant wasn't able to locate the key for 40min. My family member used the flashlight on his phone and looked through the cabinet and found the key. The attendant continued to leave my family waiting an extended amount of time to retrieve our car - without courtesy or apology for the situation. Other than this issue - we enjoyed our stay. "

"The hotel was in a really nice location. Close to Broadway but far enough away from the noise and busyness. The hotel itself was beautiful and well taken care of. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were a little too soft for me but we like very firm beds. Overall I would recommend it. "
