"Clean room, quiet, very close to dotombori and the subway line. Staff weren’t happy friendly, check in process nice and easy, washing facilities are available. Would highly recommend."

"The hotel stay was great overall, but it consistently felt like the amenity spaces could not handle the people flow at most times. Breakfast was chaotic, not helped by the shape of the restaurant (thin, elongated space) so a couple of wandering guests stopped traffic entirely. The table token reservation system simply did not work with people leaving tokens on random tables instead of returning them to the restaurant maître d’ this “reserving” tables that just stayed empty. The lounge and reception suffered from some of the same issues - overcrowded at most times."
