"Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but the hotel felt quite standard and did not particularly stand out. The room was clean and functional, but I found it a little dated and darker than I had expected. While the bed was comfortable enough, the room lacked the warmth and character that I experienced at some of the other hotels during my trip. The staff were professional and check-in was straightforward. I did not use the breakfast or bar facilities, so I cannot comment on those. One aspect that I found frustrating was the Wi-Fi setup. Rather than simply providing a password, guests are required to enter personal information before gaining access. As a result, I chose not to use it and relied on mobile data instead. A simple password-based system would have been much more convenient and is what many travellers now expect. Overall, the hotel felt quite corporate and generic. While there was nothing particularly wrong with the experience, there were few memorable touches or additional amenities that made it feel special. It served its purpose as a place to stay, but I would likely consider other options if returning to Hiroshima."

"J’ai séjourné au Hotel Hokke Club Hiroshima la nuit du 13/06/2026. L'hôtel est idéalement placé au centre de la ville. Le personnel était très accueillant. La chambre était propre et bien équipée. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le bain public au 2ème étage, surtout après une longue journée de visite à Hiroshima. Merci à toute l'équipe !"

"Loved my stay here. The hotel could not be in a better location. It's literally attached to Hiroshima train station; you don't even need to go outside to get there. Also very close to Mazda Zoom Zoom Stadium if you want to attend a Carp game. Everything was so nice and new and clean. It felt as if it just opened and I was the first guest to stay there. Staff was all very kind and helpful. Makiko in particular was very friendly at the front desk and helped me make the most of my time in Hiroshima. If I ever return to Hiroshima I would not hesitate to book here again."

"Good location and convenient with breakfast, snacks, and a washing machine. Staff are nice but would be a better experience if more of them were multilingual. Some only spoke Japanese and it was difficult to communicate simple things such as whether the tap water was drinkable or whether check out was completed."
