Napa Wise Choice Vacation Rental is situated at the gateway to the World Renowned Napa Valley. Close to the North end of town near Hwy. 29, at the entrance to the Napa Valley, this is a perfect place to begin and end your wine tasting adventure. You will be just five minutes from the quaint town of Yountville where you'll find Day Spas, the Vintage 1870 Marketplace, and many nationally acclaimed restaurants. Relax and enjoy your stay with a trip to one of the Napa Valley day spas; The The Preserve Spa & Salon is less that œ mile away.

We offer a very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood of Napa, CA. It has been completely remodeled and the furnishings are regularly upgraded. The Kitchen is fully stocked for the home away from home experience. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have a new queen size beds with new linens. The bathrooms have tile showers and are provided with luxury towels. We are children friendly, a crib and highchair are available upon request.

There is a covered patio with a large patio table and a spa that seats six where you may enjoy the wonderful climate of the Napa Valley. Our landscaping is well maintained with many flowers and flowering plants.

Renter Beware:The location was not bad for a wine trip to Napa and the house itself was nice and had great space. However, communications regarding a broken toilet seat were less than professional and very accusatory. Although the host responded quickly to our email about the toilet seat being cracked upon arrival (reported the following morning due to timing of the discovery), the phone conversation was less than professional and very accusatory to the point where we felt forced to agree to pay for a replacement toilet seat, even though we were not responsible for the damage. In addition, we were informed that a replacement toilet seat would most likely not be able to be obtained and installed during our rental period. I was charged upon check-out 75 for a toilet seat replacement and installation. However, when I requested a copy of the itemized receipt be provided (75 seems very high) I did not receive a response from the host. Following up with another email a couple days later, I was told the repair hadn't been done yet as the toilet seat had not arrived (the local hardware stores had toilet seats in stock...), yet my card had been charged several days prior. Upon arrival, we recommend doing a very thorough walk-thru of the house and document the condition of items with photos or video (including things you would not normally inspect like a toilet seat). Recommendation to provide more blankets/throws for relaxing in the house, as we were able to find only 2 extras.

The views were incredible. We liked the neighborhood a lot, but once we headed toward the vineyards, the scenery was breathtaking. The house itself was great. Very spacious for 5 people. We were on the go a lot, but we did have breakfast at home as well as one or two dinners. Everything we needed was right at hand in the kitchen. We also appreciated the washer/dryer. It was very helpful. The hot tub was wonderful. We're even thinking of getting one at our house! Overall, I would return here in a heartbeat, and would recommend Sandra's house to anyone. Also, it's worth noting that Sandra and her family were very responsive and patient. I called with a question about the A/C, and got a reply within minutes. Great experience all around.

House was absolutely perfect for our family reunion. My daughter and her family live in Napa and my brother in law, niece and nephew came from Australia. House was comfortable and welcoming. Jacuzzi was an added bonus. Will definitely rent this home again.

This is a great property if you want to be centrally located! Nice, quiet neighborhood and the house worked perfect for us. We enjoyed sitting on the patio out back and taking advantage of the hot tub after hikes. The host was very quick to respond on questions we had and check-in was very smooth. Fun in NAPA

The house was accurately described and very clean. Location was excellent. We enjoyed our stay during our visit. There is a lovely covered patio and it was nice to have breakfast on it in the morning! Communication could be improved. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Comfortable home

We all enjoyed your comfortable home. The only thing we missed was use of a washer and dryer. One suggestion would be to have a typed up sheet of your expectations upon our arrival, as garbage days, type of recycling and what should be done prior to leaving. Overall we all had a wonderful vacation!

This is a wonderful house and will definitely stay again. The only issue was the washer and dryer were not available to use because the garage was locked. Will check next time before we reserve.
