It was just an okay experience. Staff seemed very nice. We were at breakfast the next morning and asked to provide credit card and Identity as we already provided the night before at check in, no big deal. We left the property and got called that we had to move rooms after we carried everything up to the 3rd floor and we were already on our way to do some sightseeing. I was hoping for more of a personal experience with a lot of relaxing time. Things got better but don’t think we will ever return.

The young man that checked us in was lovely. The property is very nice with modern updates. Unfortunately, check-in is not until 4 pm and if you have dinner reservations you miss the happy hour. they should offer an option to have a carafe of wine in your room upon return and some type of turn-down snack.

Our stay at White House - Napa Valley Inn was lovely. Francesca was a wonderful and accommodating host. Check in was quick. The neighborhood is walkable with several bars and restaurants nearby. You definitely need to stop by Napkins and Model Bakery if you're hungry. Several wineries (Pestoni Family, Robert Mondavi, etc.) within a 20 min drive. An extra set of bath towels would be nice within guest rooms. Guest room #5 was clean with comfortable bedding. Refreshments during Happy Wine Hour were great. I really enjoyed the cranberry crackers and cheese and the lovely background music which made it very peaceful and relaxing. Such a lovely stay. We were thinking about staying another hotel. We were very happy that we decided to stick with White House - Napa Valley Inn

Beautiful place. It was like traveling back in time. Great service. Quiet, clean, amazing bed/bedding! Received an unsolicited upgrade. Coming back to this gem in the valley!!

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was an incredible assortment of fresh goodness. Enjoyed our stay. Pool and hot tub could use a little TLC

We absolutely loved the White House Inn! Such a cute place in a great location and the staff couldn’t have been any nicer! The breakfast plates and wine hour were perfect! We would definitely come back here and recommend to friends!
