"Parking was included. The room was generally clean. But the shelving above the toilet was cracked and falling apart. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Only one of the 4 people in my family could eat breakfast due to allergy concerns and the young staff had no idea about allergies or ingredients. Have an ingredients list would have drastically helped with us checking."

"Lovely - has a bed and breakfast feel. Very quiet at the resort as we were there a little early in the season. Also, the breakfast that is included was excellent. The young lady who served the breakfast was really nice."

"I was really impressed with the Front desk staff, going above and beyond when I had an issue,. One concern, and it was specific to us, I hope. There was a cleaning gentleman who spent an odd amount of time staring at my friend's daughter in her bikini and pointing his camera at her. He repeatedly cleaned the same section of railing for almost 25 minutes. I commented to the front desk, and they said it would be investigated."

"Likes-Proximity to Retail Therapy -walking distance to eating and entertainment -ample parking -pool and hot tub facilities with seating was welcomed -spacious, comfortable room with all the amenities -morning staff, including front desk and breakfast staff -breakfast buffet was fantastic, providing an assortment for all -hallways, decor and general design was pleasant Dislikes-we raised a concern as to the attention to detail on cleanliness in our room ( floor and windows) we were advised to place Make up Room sign on door and our issues would be looked after. -minimal work on windows, film was just smeared around -floor may have been swept but not washed -bed not made, soiled towels left and coffee table not wiped -mattress was well-used with an obvious dip on right sleeping side"
