We had a room right next to the street that was loud. The walls are thin and you can hear water rush through pipes and all noise from neighbours was extremely audible. We picked the hotel for convenience, but you can't have a relaxing night here. Also, it brands itself as 4*, its not. It's a 2*.

The property location is the only positive part of the hotel. The area out side is full of trash all over the entrance area. The bed is very uncomfortable and had two twin mattresses put together and advertised as a double. For one night it’s ok but any more than that I would say no.

Definitely not four star accommodation. More like 2 star max. Receptionist sent me off to find room in the dark on my own across a road on arrival. Shower leaked leaving puddle over bedroom floor, given a room beside road despite request not to be beside road, so very noisy all night. Most frustrating thing was I couldn’t lock the safe without using light from my mobile phone as key for safe was on same keyring as card for electricity which had to be inserted near the door upon entry. Just a thin white sheet on bed, no actual bedcover so cold all night. Only saving grace was hotel was close to airport and was in it for less than 12 hours. Would not return.

I stayed one night before flight next day. It’s fine,not 4 star as you would expect in uk but perfectly fine, kettle in room and bathroom supplies which I have not found in other Naples hotels, air con although not very effective. The price was very reasonable and included breakfast which was ok. Hard to find the entrance - it’s round the back in carpark through big gates which have to be opened by the staff. Not a lovely area and noisy but it’s by the airport so to be expected and Naples traffic is generally heavy and noisy.

This stay was exactly what was needed, a hotel which was close to the airport for an early flight. It had what was needed, a decent sized room and bathroom with good working facilities. It also had efficient air con. Sadly we were road side, so it was very noisy. We didn’t use it but there seemed to be safe parking too. We did have a pleasant surprise with the breakfast on offer and the staff were all very friendly. After reading the reviews we had prepared for the worst (we had dinner elsewhere before arriving and were in the room for less than 12 hours) but were pleased with what we found. This isn’t a luxury stay but it does the job. I would stay again if needed but would request a room away from the road.

Very old and uncomfortable

The hotel is very dated. Corridors dirty and carpets worn. The furniture wasn't replaced in years it would seem. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, very high windows, no view outside. Generally an unpleasant experience. Not sure how they got 4 stars. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Needed a spot closest to the airport. It worked for one night but dont expect anything fancy. Ita koad bevause its next to airport which was expected. Shower hald worked. Some lamps worked , some didnt. For one night , its worth being next to airport for early flight's

Lovely gem of a Hotel

Overnight stay before continuing our journey the next day as our flight arrived in the evening. So close to the car hire compound. Although the access gate from the car hire was offline, we just walked 2-3 mins round the front. The buildings surrounding area isnt great, but dont let that put you off. Welcoming lady at reception. Lovely room , king size bed, clean, TV free wifi, nice ensuite shower room , complimentary toiletries. Our room overlooked the car hire area. Continental breakfast with enough to chose from. No street noise just the odd plane taking off , it is so close to the airport after all. 10-15 min walk or take the free car hire shuttle bus if you're collecting a car that is, like we were next morning. Will use the hotel again. Maybe not 4* but a 3*++

It was said on the booking page that the hotel had a bar and a restaurant. It had neither. It had a shelf of dusty bottles behind the reception and a sign saying "Restaurant" that lead to a closed and shuttered resturant. Please update your listing.

I never went there, because we contact the hotel by hotels.com and never give us resolution to our issues, I ready contacted by messages and never respond to me , them only get the money and we contact them on time because we did reservations to Naples Florida and the apps give Naples Italy but we contact to get resolution and also hotel.com never help me with my issues, too the hotel
