Location was great and rooms were big. The floor looked like it had a leak from bathroom. My room was not showing in the booking system of the hotel. Some of the was not friendly and was stingy about water bottles which are included in the price. Room service is expensive and did not have a lot of options.

Great Hotel
I have only great things to stay about Eurostars Hotel Excelsior. It is located in perhaps the prettiest location in all of Napoli near the Partnenope overlooking the bay and when the skies are clear one can see Mount Vesuvius. The rooms are classic in their look. The restaurant on the ground floor had an excellent breakfast menu being offered as I had ordered a la carte. It was one of the best breakfasts that I had had in Italy. I went up to the Sky Terrace restaurant but did not have a meal because the restaurant had not opened. The view is spectacular and I have promised myself to a treat there the next time I am in Napoli. A presto.

This is the most elegant hotel I have ever stayed in. The building itself and the rooms are stunning. The staff were attentive gracious and helpful.. From the hotel we were able to walk around the city. Our room looked out on the Bay of Naples. The area felt very safe. I hoe to stay there again someday.
