This is a really nice and affordable alternative to luxury pricing of Naples central area pricing. There are nearby dining options and for walkers it is very accessible to the two key business districts. Note that many/all of the rooms are individually owned, but managed for rental by the company. They are doing a nice job with the rooms … but there are potential drawbacks. Our ceiling fan was making a pulsing noise (likely due to age) and we had to turn it off (reported). The wall mount HVAC was a bit noisy but not bad. Not surprisingly, major repairs have to be approved by the rooms’ owners and this is a bit less efficient than a traditional hotel. We loved our balcony that looked over the marina area in Naples Bay. Very peaceful. And a nice pool and tiki bar on the property. Will repeat.

A must for a stay in Naples Fl.

A great location, tucked away on the marina, this hotel was very comfortable, clean and quiet. With a balcony overlooking the boat moorings, we enjoyed great views too.

Perfect location!

We were really excited to stay here. It’s beautiful. It’s right on the water. Our room was so clean and the bathroom was big. We would definitely stay here again. Everyone was very nice, all of the workers and everyone at the front desk were very helpful. Our room had a beautiful view.

Always a winner!

Atmosphere is beautiful, staff is bright and helpful. Many good food choices close by along with the Heart of Olde Naples all near by, the beach and shopping! Perfect place to stay.
