We had a wonderful visit. We seemed a little out of our element, but hey... our money is green... lol. Shula's Steakhouse had amazing breakfast... again, a bit out of our element, but the servers were very down to earth and the food was great.

Great hotel for the price you pay

We enjoyed staying at the Hilton Naples. Everything was very nice and the service of the entire staff was as it should be. The only thing we didn't llike were the feather pillows. Once you lay on them, they go down flat in a second and it gave us a headache. We like medium firmer pillows. But the general experience was very positive.

The toilet paper holder was loose from the wall and the hand bar in bathtub ring plate was loose. The window bottom was dirty as well. The down pillows are horrible for supporting your neck! There should be regular pillows available. The shuttle to the beach was short but the Hotel neglected to tell us that there is a long almost one mile shuttle to the actual beach. This should be disclosed when booking.

Overall not a horrible experience , but I wasn't like " what great hotel ! " either . The bed was super uncomfortable , and the pillows equally as bad . Switched rooms , same thing . Also , no exhaust fan in bathroom in either room , which makes for a steamy shower . Hilton can do better
