The house was impeccably clean upon arrival—truly one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in. It was also exceptionally well equipped with everything needed for a stress-free vacation, including ample bathroom and kitchen supplies, pool toys, beach items, and other thoughtful extras that made it easy to simply relax and enjoy our time.The pool area was a highlight for our entire group. The southern exposure provides full sun, the furniture is comfortable, and the heated pool was spotless. It quickly became our favorite gathering spot.The location was ideal—quiet, with friendly neighbors, yet very convenient to Mercato Shops, Trader Joe’s, Vanderbilt Beach, and a wide variety of excellent restaurants.Joe was an outstanding host. He was extremely responsive throughout the booking process and our stay, often replying within an hour. He was very accommodating, and it’s clear he is a hands-on owner who takes great pride in his home. We especially appreciated his text reminders about garbage pickup during our Christmas stay.The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms modern and bright, and there was extensive closet and storage space throughout. We had seven adults staying for eight days over Christmas, and everyone found the home comfortable and welcoming. The living area easily accommodated us for watching football and our gift exchange.One small note: the fourth bedroom has queen bunk beds, better suited for children than adults. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great property for family vacation

Spent a great week at this property with our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Plenty of beds and baths for a very comfortable stay. Host also provided a pack and play crib for our little one. We really appreciated the very well supplied house from everything we could want in the kitchen to safety measures for the pool.The house also has everything needed for trips to the nearby beaches. Convenient location to many restaurants and shopping. Our host Joe was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend!

Golf weekend in Naples

This property was even nicer than the pictures. I have never stayed in a VRBO that was better supplied. They had everything and really wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible Sunscreen for the pool, shampoos and conditioners for each shower, pods for the Kuerig, full supply of pots, pans and plates, serving Pierson the kitchen the house was centrally located to beach, restraints and great golf courses. Thank you for making our weekend stays enjoyable.

Family Beach Vacation to Naples

We enjoyed our 2 week stay in Naples Park in this updated and modern Florida style home! The home had all the essentials stocked in the kitchen and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out and enjoy the clean pool and outdoor living spaces. Our trips to the beach were easy with the availability of 6 cruiser bikes, chairs, and other beach equipment that was provided. The property manager, Joe, was super responsive - for example, we could not locate the parking pass for one of the local beaches, and Joe stopped by within an hour with a new pass for us to use. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Had a great time, unit was perfect. Beach was nearby,, bike riding was fun, Many nearby restaurants and shopping. Pool was excellent for grand daughter. Very convenient outdoor shower and bathroom. Plan on returning soon. Joe was very helpful and pleasant.

Beautiful Naples Vacation Spot

My family enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful home during the President's Day weekend. The furnishings were top notch and included everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. The pool area was fantastic and we spent many hours enjoying it during our stay. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We would look to stay at this property again!

Amazing house and location!

Very nice splurge for our family while in the Naples area for Easter. Kitchen had everything we needed to feed our crew and it was so bright and clean. Way better than any hotel option. Exceeded expectations! This was Florida done right.

Such a beautiful home & hosts were so thoughtful - pictures do not do it justice! Everything you need for a perfect vacation is provided - beach stuff, pool toys, linens, pantry items, toiletries, bikes, etc. Immaculate & extremely clean.
