This is a true ocean front stunner đŸ€© with unmatched 17th floor end unit views. The entire rear of the unit is sliding glass doors that open to an expansive wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean on one side and Marco Island the city on the other. Being an end unit, on the east side of the building you also get a wall of windows with a sweeping full view of Marco Island. Off the kitchen and facing north & northeast is a separate second balcony overlooking a bay and providing an even more complete Marco Island perspective. You enter the unit via an outdoor catwalk with north and northwest views. This unit comes as close to offering you a full 360 degree panorama of Marco as you could ever hope to find, you'll miss nothing!

We have, at least currently a no children under 13 years old policy. We love kids and have our own, but we also know they're messy :). We are catering to adults who want to enjoy their luxurious surroundings while we do our part to keep it that way.

This luxury unit underwent a 100% complete gut rehab that was just completed in 2021. Top to bottom, end to end no expense was spared as this unit is littered with high end furnishings simply not found in a rental. Every square inch of floor is the beautiful ceramic planks you see in the pictures and it is far more impressive in person. The kitchen boasts of all Bosch appliances with an induction cooktop, all quartz countertops, under cabinet lighting, high end modern cabinetry and much more. Wait until you see the doors in this unit, yes the doors. We installed a brand new AC unit in 2021.

The dining area sits below a beautiful chandelier that you have to see in person to truly appreciate. While you dine you'll have your choice of an ocean view out the back or an expansive Marco Island city view out the wall of windows!

Next to the dining area is a perfectly functional work station for those who need to stay connected. Two large monitors are left so just bring your laptop. While you work you'll peer out over your screen with a direct view of the beach and ocean. I'd challenge you to find a better view from a work station. Extra fast wifi.

The living room provides comfort, views and an 65 inch TV. The TV is wall mounted with ability to pull out and turn right or left so you can watch from the dining table or kitchen.

Both bedrooms have private bathrooms, California closets and 50 inch smart TVs. The bathrooms are pretty special in their own right.

Don't under estimate the value of being 17 floors up. The views once you're above the 14th floor or so are game changing. Pro tip, if you're high enough you can leave the balcony doors open or sit outside without being overwhelmed with noise from the pool area below. On your walk to the beach you'll curl around the end of the lagoon and then it's a straight shot. The walk to the beach from towers 3 & 4 is slightly further than that of towers 1 & 2 but not by much.

No corners were cut in the rehab of this unit nor were any corners cut in providing you what you'll need to make your stay most enjoyable. In the storage unit you'll have access to our beach wagon to haul items, beach umbrellas, four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, water noodles and more. In the unit itself you'll find nice touches like a Ninja coffee maker, Ninja blender, Nespresso coffee and espresso machine, a countertop ice maker and much more.

You’ll have access to our Netflix, Vudu, Amazon Prime, Disney, Hulu and more for streaming. Plus cable television.

When you put it all together this is the best unit in all 4 towers. We hope you’ll agree.

1st Visit to Marco

The property is well manicured, the staff are friendly, and the views are spectacular. This condo is perfect for 2 couples or family of 4. The owners have everything you need for the perfect beach day. We have always stayed in Fort Myers so this was a real treat to see how well the area survived the hurricane.There is a little construction happening on the grounds but noting to be concerned about. Our host was very easy to contact when we had a small issue. You can tell they put alot of thoughg into the interior design. It feels like you bring the ocean insude the unit with you each night.I cannot recommend this unit enough, enjoy!!

We did not realize there would be ongoing construction. Jack hammer and grinders all day long. Probably would not have stayed under these circumstances. Very loud to the point we could not stay inside during the day. Some of the bedding ( pillows and spread with stains) was dirty. The condo was very nice and modern.

Clean and comparable to the listing are important to me! This is it if you are looking for a beach vacation! We spent most days at the pool and did beach walks to watch the sunset. The communication with the owner is the best I’ve ever had a as vrbo user! You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful condo, wonderful location

I would highly recommend staying at this condo. It was so incredibly beautiful and well appointed. We loved the views on all decks. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and quiet. The pool is also lovely. The owner if contacted is also very responsive. We also enjoyed daily walks around the property and to the beach. It was a great experience all around.

My husband and I had a wonderful short stay in this beautiful condo. The condo itself is stunning and immaculate! We could have not been any happier with this property. By far the best rental we have stayed at. The condo was excellent and had everything we needed. We celebrated my husband’s 65th Birthday and this rental did not disappoint. We will be renting again for sure.

Beautiful!

Beautiful condo! There was only two of us but would have been comfortable for 4! The only downside which has nothing to do with the condo itself, the complex has one EV charger that you can borrow for 10.00 and you need that exact attachment. There is a Walmart about 15 min away that has chargers. Expensive but they have them.I would absolutely recommend this condo. Easy check in , very clean and everything and more.

Awesome stay on Marco

Our friends who stayed in a different unit were jealous of this place as it topped theirs by far. We are an outside unit so we have access to both sunrises and sunsets (however the view to a complete sunset is obscured by the front part of the building). None the less, it's a great view of the ocean and beach. Everything in the unit is top shelf. It's a beautiful place.

Marco Island pleases us again

Great recently remodeled condo with great view and balconies!! Weather was decent but not warm enough for us to venture to the pool. Lots of storage for our items. I am short with some kitchen cabinets and appliances like the microwave hard to reach. Closet racks really up there for hanging clothes. LOTS of remotes for everything with my techie hubby having trouble navigating the television especially in the bedroom.

Great Marco Island Condo, beautiful views. Condo is nicely updated and well outfitted. Great pool on complex and access to Tigertail Beach. Our first time on Island and diverted here from further north due to Milton. Did not disappoint

We are supposed to stay in Naples, but the place got flooded from the hurricane. We were able to book this place last minute. Great location, great Beach. They literally had everything you could ever want I especially appreciated all the beach paraphernalia that was offered.

Decor is amazing but
..

We loved the updated condo! However we did have some snags along the way. The power blinds worked about twice so we had to leave them permanently closed due to it being turtle season and the blinds had to be closed by 9:00 each night. We were afraid to get them open again for fear we couldn’t get them closed. That hindered our view from inside the room. The counter ice machine wasn’t working so we resorted to buying bagged ice. They did have ice trays that we used until we could get more ice. The small patio door would not unlock to allow access to that part of the balcony. The property manager did say he’d have someone fix it on Monday (we got there Saturday) but we really preferred not to have someone in our unit in case we weren’t there and declined the offer. The last night was the worst. Upon returning to the unit after dinner we found it extremely warm. The thermostat was set at 72° but it was 78 and kept climbing. We texted the property manager and he told us some things to try. Some we had tried before contacting him and some we tried after. Nothing worked. We turned on the ceiling fans and went to bed. Around 12:45ish am we were awakened by a message blaring for us to leave the building and not to use the elevators. We promptly left going down 17 floors. and also had to return 17 flights when they let us go back. They said the sprinkler system flooded into the elevators.. When we left for home the next day the unit was 84° Hope it gets fixed before others check in.
