Great hotel if flying from Narita. We travelled the day before to Narita from Tokyo and was blown away by the beauty of Narita. The Main Street was full of gorgeous little shops and the Naritasan Temple was outstanding. The hotel was very clean and the transportation offered by the hotel was great

The service here is top notch, it was raining on the day of our arrival in the evening, and we weren’t prepared for it, and as we approached the hotel, the handsome young man ran towards me and my wife to deliver two umbrellas, it was honestly the most heart warming service we’ve had from any hotel, then as we entered the hotel lobby, another gentleman approached us with towels to dry ourselves, and the room was squeaky clean, water was hot the moment it turns on at 3am, cannot recommend this place enough for people who needs to stay near the airport!

Ratings should have been excellent if they include the facilities with the room rates. You have to pay extra to use sauna, gym and pool. Also laundry is far if you’re book in west side. But room is excellent!
