Just renovated, brand new kitchen, dining and living area. 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home has it all! Just added a second floor deck off of the hallway at the front of the house as well as a covered front porch. We have seating on both of these decks with great views on the second floor. Both full bathrooms have double vanity sinks and a walk in tiled shower on the 1st floor and tiled wall shower/tub on 2nd floor. Comfortable-pedic beds, furniture and updated kitchen. Walk 150 yrds to Scarborough State beach and live the life! Ocean views from many rooms. This house includes all bedding, bath towels and beach towels. Many beach items are provided such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart, toys, cooler and games. The 1st floor living area has a big sofa, chairs and loveseat, a large flat screen TV. The back yard is very private, with a mahogany deck, a grill, outdoor enclosed hot water shower and patio tables and chairs. There is a gate that crosses the driveway so you can have an enclosed backyard. Central air on 3 zones. One bedroom on the first floor and a full bath as well as laundry. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one of them has a nice deck off it, a full bath and a sitting area with a TV on the second floor and a loveseat and chair. We can provide blow up mattresses for extra sleeping. This home is less than a mile to the renowned Aunt Carrie's restaurant and Ice cream shop and Iggy's Famous Doughboys and Chowder House. The Block Island Ferry in Galilee is just 1.5 miles away. Galilee has many popular restaurants, shops, Salty Brine State beach, which is located at the breach way where you can sit and watch all the fishing boats, ferries and pleasure boats ride by. We have included a Welcome notebook that has many brochures of popular restaurants, things to do in the area and information about the house.

A really beautiful property in a fabulous location! Great fenced-in yes for the kids and a very short walk to the beach (that is visible from the front of the house)! The amenities were the best I’ve ever seen at any VRBO I have ever stayed at (and that’s a fair amount)! The property manager was amazing and responded immediately to any questions. Can’t miss staying here

This was our 2nd year at this house and once again it did not disappoint. Kitchen is well appointed, house is clean and comfortable and you can’t beat the location. Always a treat to stay here.

Great beach vacation!

Very comfortable house just a five minute walk to the end of Scarborough Beach which is much less crowded. Could walk home for lunch and naps with toddlers and go back to beach later. Fenced in yard was an extra bonus! Well stocked kitchen. Have stayed here two years in a row now.

June weekend

The perfect house for our bachelorette weekend! Spacious, clean, and a short walk to the beach/drive to the BI ferry. The backyard is also nice and spacious. It also helped that Robin, the property manager, was very helpful/responsive. Would absolutely recommend in the future!

Just returned from a two night stay with friends at this house and we had an excellent experience. Robin was extremely responsive and accommodating to all of our questions. House is adorable, well stocked, very tidy and spacious. Can’t beat the short walk to the beach. Excellent location! Hope to return in the future!

Awesome Vacation Rental

Our family enjoyed this clean, fully stocked, and close to the beach property! Robin was very responsive to any questions that we had. There was room for all and fun in the fenced in back yard! Perfect Beach House!

We loved this house - it was a great location, a few minute walk to the beach. The house had absolutely everything you need for a beach trip - there is a beach shed full of chairs, toys, and other equipment, so you do not need to bring anything with you to enjoy your stay. The house was well stocked, decorated in a cute but not cheesy beach theme, and very comfortable in late July with the central air! We are already talking about rebooking this property for a family trip with the kids because it was so much fun, and a great value for the price!

Family weekend away

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. We are a family of five and we had my mother and nephew with us. Plenty of room here for all of us. The host Robin was very easy to communicate with regarding any questions I had. The house was well stocked and extremely clean. Beautiful location which was in walking distance to the beach. The host even provided beach towels and chairs with a cart to bring to the beach!! Just loved our stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future at this lovely house.

Perfect location

Ten of us stayed in this immaculate home a 2 minute walk from the beach with plenty of room! We only stayed one night but wish we were there for the whole week. Robin was very accommodating as we arrived before check-in and were able to park our cars at the house and grab brunch and head to the beach. Meldgie’s diner is about a 10 minute walk from the house, delicious, and inexpensive! The house had everything we needed and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Would love to visit again when we can stay longer; so enjoyable! :)

Great Family Vacation House

Our family vacation was a bit different this year. Previous years we rented in NH. Had to convince kids R.I. would be just as fun and indeed it was. Our family of 14 ranging from age 1-70 were very comfortable in this 5 bedroom rental. Very clean and fully stocked with beach towels, bathroom towels, kitchen items. Beds were super comfortable. Property Manager Robin covered every detail. A pleasure to work with. A wonderful week of beach/family fun.

Great location near beach

The house was great for our long weekend on the beach for my mom’s 80th birthday. We were able to walk to the beach, plenty of parking, the house was really clean and well stocked and roomy. A few minor issues like a ceiling fan and light fixture coming out of the ceiling slightly and as we were leaving the AC units not getting cool but we let the owner know about that. The owner was super responsive to all our questions and very accommodating. The fenced in backyard was perfect for hanging with the dog and kids when we were home and had a big dinner outside. She’d had plenty of beach equipment like wagons, beach toys and umbrellas. Overall a great rental.

Great place for a large group!

Location, location, location! Super cute spacious house right off of the beach. My family of 14 (10 adults and 2 kids and 2 babies) plus a dog were extremely comfortable in this house, which says a lot considering the size of our party. Having multiple tables and chairs for guests to sit at inside was nice, and if we all wanted to eat together we could out on the back yards tables and chairs. Having multiple queen size beds was another plus, and two of the rooms in the house were large enough for multiple pack n plays or even an air mattress on the floor. The house also came with linens for all the beds, bath towels, two boogie boards (which my nieces loved) and beach chairs for at least 6 (it might have even been 8) people. We also love a house with a dish washing machine and laundry washer/dryer which was great! The only small improvements I would suggest to the house would be a cloths line out back to hang towels/wet suites as the deck railings became occupied quickly, to enclose the outdoor shower (which was very nice for a quick rinse), and to get rid of the towel hooks in the upstairs bathroom as whatever wet object occupies them drips down onto a metal baseboard below that is rusting. We ordered paella one night from Spain, ate icecream from Aunt Carries (2 minute drive down the road) every night (yum!), went to Galilee (5-10 min drive) to get fresh seafood and catch the ferry to Block Island one day, and took a long morning walk to Black Point one day to enjoy the trails and rocks along the ocean. Lastly, the property manager was extremely attentive and helpful in suggesting local attractions for our stay. All in all a wonderful family trip!
