New siding, new deck, freshly painted inside, new furniture, 3 bathrooms, central air throughout the house, plus an outdoor shower!

Located near great restaurants like George's of Galilee, Spain, Aunt Carrie's and Iggy's and less than 2 miles from the Block Island Ferry! You are not only surrounded by world-class beaches but many other summer activities.

This place worked very well for our family of 9 adults and 3 grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the back deck, and playing cornhole and roasting marshmallows by the firepit in the private backyard.The place was clean and close to 3 State beaches.

Home was exactly as described and spacious enough for our family of 13, including 5 children under 9. The owner has thought of everything, including sheets, towels and all the amenities for the kitchen. Home is well stocked for all the things you’d want for the beach. Located very close to a couple of the state beaches and great eating spots.

This is our second stay at this property and our third with Gregg. It was wonderful as always! Gregg was even super responsive when we were missing a kitchen tool and got it delivered same day. Great location

This property is right around the corner from the Block Island Ferry. Also 30 minutes from Newport and Providence. We were able to see all three. Plenty of sleeping space. Close to food store and restaurants in Galilee. Added amenity is that sheets and towels are included as well as many other beach items and grill. Very clean. We had a GREAT vacation.

Family Vacations

Great place! Close to everything. Only issues we had were there were no shelves on the fridge door. Not a big deal as we had another fridge in the garage. Did find 1 dining room chair front legs were loose. Bring spices for cooking if you want. Only salt and pepper. Overall,great place for our family. Would r100% rent agai!!

A Destination Stay Away 30 minutes from my home.

After 3 months of my family being locked down at home due to COVID19, we needed a change and our go to place is the Beach. Not looking to travel out of state, a mere 30 minute drive from home we found the perfect Stay Away 7 bedroom raised ranch, outdoor shower, AC home with a spacious deck that provided a gorgeous 360 degree view of relaxation. Our Stay Away started with a friendly detailed email Greeting from the owner Gregg about the home, local beaches, clean linens, garbage and lock box code to get us in. Nicely renovated and very clean ( no musty beach house smell ) with hardwoods throughout, nice open floor plan for family gatherings , TV's and Fans in almost every room no detail was overlooked. My favorite convenience was a secured half garage to store our bikes and sports equipment, there is a second full size refrigerator plus beach chairs, carrier and soft cooler. A good size yard for games with the kids that has a semi secluded tree line from neighbors, plus a 4 car wide driveway of stone pavers for company. We were 5 minutes from multiple beaches , fishing areas and some great local seafood restaurants even an Ice Cream Shop for the kids. My wife and I would start each morning on the deck with a coffee feeling the warm sun on our face then end each day back on the deck at night relaxing with cool beach breezes and a cocktail. Greg has gone above and beyond to make this warm family vacation home worry free, A++++++ highly recommend we will be back!!

Great location!

This property is perfectly located with a short walk to the beach and a restaurant right across the street. There some other well known restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Shopping is also close by. We enjoyed some time at Adventureland too.

The location is great. Two beaches are in walking distance. Newport and Narragansett are only driving distance. There were lot of steps for Senior Citizens in this house.

Wonderful Beach Vacation With Friends and Kids

We had a great stay at this generously sized house in Point Judith - 4 couples (8 adults, and 4 kids under age 6). We loved that the place had A/C throughout, modern kitchen and bathrooms, and fairly equal sized bedrooms comfortable for all of us. The availability of a second fridge in the garage was great since we love to cook - there were ample plates, utensils, and cookwear including a coffeemaker - if you like large family style meals - perhaps bring a large skillet or wok. Also love the linens and towels are provided - no need to lug your own. We made great use of the outdoor grill and fire pit - the kids loved the cartoons on all the TVs. The walk to the beach was quite short and the beach had great sand and the kids and adults all loved it. Overall a great stay and we would come back again.

July 2022 stay

Property was as expected. Location was perfect for our needs. We were close to beaches and places to dine. We are three generations and all 14 of us were comfortable. We had a small problem with the bedroom fans and lights. One bedroom ceiling light would not turn off. Frank came to the property and got the light to turn off, but was unable to fix the fan problem. He was as helpful as he could be, but the remotes for the fans stumped him. He was friendly, prompt and nice. He fixed a dining chair that was wobbly. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying there again.

Weekend Stay With Friends

The place was just as advertised. Very close to Roger Wheeler and walkable to George's. Everything was in working order. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing!

Beautiful house and an amazing weekend. Gregg was responsive and helpful when needed but the house had everything we could have asked for! Will stay again!

Nice house for family reunions, bachelorettes, etc

Great property, clean and updated. Smart TVs in every bedroom! Host was highly communicative and it's location is great!

Family Trip 2021

We loved our time at the beach! Great place close to so many things! House was just what we needed. Central air, linens included., washer and dryer. All great things!!
