Fantastic Contemporary ,Min to Narr beach.

This newly remodeled 4 bed, 2 1/2 bath contemporary is located in the Bonnet Shores community of Narragansett, RI. It is also a 5 minute drive to the Narragansett town beach.
The home has central air conditioning with a large deck .
The interior of the home has an open feeling, all new furniture and appliances. Granite counter tops with all new white kitchen , hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen looks down onto the family room, and all new beds. .The house is 20 Min to Newport ,40 min to foxwoods casino,30 min to airport.

All dish towels are washed, grill is left clean, all beds are made .If you are renting linens and towels take off beds and put in bags.
All 4 beach passes must be left on counter to avoid a fee of $200 per pass.House keys must be left where you found them.

This house was perfect for my family and self. The location is incredibly convenient, as it’s close to beaches, restaurants, stores, and a great neighborhood to walk/run in. Susan was an excellent host, was very accommodating to our needs, and quick to answer questions. I definitely recommend this house to others!

The House was beautiful, clean and comfortable. All the items you need for a great vacation were there. Kitchen utensils. pots, pans, plates, glasses, you name it. The deck is great and it is close to all the beaches, restaurants and other activities. My family had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Susan was great and helpful when we had questions. Susan manages her own properties so you are not dealing with a third party agency. This and any properties she owns are highly recommended.

Amazing Stay!

I booked this house for my family to stay in the week of my wedding and I am so happy I did! The house had everything they needed and the host was extremely nice & accommodating. She was easy to communicate with and made sure their stay was perfect. Not only that the house is beautiful and in a great location. Highly recommend! My family will definitely be back!

Spacious home.

Beautiful home with everything you need. Loved sitting on the deck which was very nice along with the patio set. Susan, the property manager was truly the nicest person to work with. Great and fast communication if you needed anything. Very kind and accommodating. We all enjoyed our week there.

Bonnet Beauty By the Beaches

Owner has a pristine home in a well sought after area close to all the best RI has to offer. Property is well maintained and any glitches reported were quickly addressed. We even got great recommenations on restaurants and amusements that assured our vacation was wonderul. I highly recommend this rental.

Great central location to Explore Southern RI

Great house for me, my husband, 2 teens and a 21 year old. Lots of space and very clean. A great location to experience all that southern RI has to offer. 20 min to the ferry for Block Island, 15 min to historic Wickford Village, easy 3 min drive to town beach and a great area to ride bikes. So much more to do, too!

Wonderful week in Rhody!

We checked in Saturday and went to Twin Willows for dinner as a family. Great spot close to the house. The house is wonderful, clean, spacious and COOL on a very hot week. Convenient location for a family with little ones to beaches, restaurants and kid friendly attractions in the area. Susan came by to help us and has the magic touch if you can’t figure anything out yourself. She is very attentive and easy to get in touch with. We wanted her to stay for a cup of coffee with us but she already had some so she enjoyed chatting with us for a while anyways! We will definitely be back and rent with her again! Thanks so much for a great family getaway!

Wonderful week!

The fam and I had never been to RI, but we’ll certainly be back! Susan was very accessible and communicative about the property prior to our stay, as well as during . The property was perfect for my family of 5. Very clean and comfortable. It’s very centrally located - were just sad it’s over!

The property was in perfect condition - much better than our experience in the past. The landlord was accessible and very helpful before and during our stay. Here's the thing that really nails it, the landlord had Charmin toilet paper - not the cheap stuff. Sounds silly, but it's the little things...

Gorgeous Home Close to Beach

We loved our stay at this property. Quiet neighborhood. Close to all beaches. Short ride to Newport. Minutes from Block Island Ferry. Narragansett Beach passes were a plus!

A wonderful adventurous vacation

What a wonderful vacation. The location was perfect. Close enough to convenience stores and town but away enough to avoid the noise. We were out and about every day. Communicating with the owner could not have been easier. She was extremely helpful with where things were and the check in and check out process was amazing. Left part of my heart in RI and can't wait to go back. If you go, must do the Rail Explorers and the Cliff Walk. The Coast Guard House was amazing for our last dinner, view was spectacular.

Very satisfied with this contemporary rental

Enjoyed our stay. The house is very open and is equipped with everything that you would need. Great deck, overlooking the back yard, plenty of room for the entire family to eat together. Driveway large enough for 6 cars. Would stay here again.
