This property is not on the water. The listing makes it look like it was. I was disappointed in this.

It is rented to college students during the school year, Oven didn’t work toilet kept running. Neighbors were very friendly.I paid top dollar because my granddaughter will be attending URI in September and her brother wanted to check out the area. Paid a fortune but live n learn the owner was not very helpful..we left 5 days early. Plus you pay a fee to VRBO. Never again.

We rented this place for the Newport Folk Festival. What a perfect house for our weekend. Well equipped, comfy, and only 15 minutes from the ferry to Newport. Perfect for our trip, or any vacation in Jamestown/Newport.
