Super Clean Updated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with Central AC in Narragansett

2200 sq ft house with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms located on Azalea Road in Narragansett. The house is located on a quiet street in a nice family neighborhood. 2 beach passes to Narragansett Town Beach are included. Newly installed central AC for both floors. The house has an open concept for a ranch house. The entire house has been completely updated including a new kitchen that has quartz counter tops, custom cabinets and high end stainless steel appliances. Brand new floors and custom bench/table area were also just installed. The house has two family rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). The upstairs is just under 1300 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchen, family room and dining room. The family room is very bright, has two sky lights, large sectional and is open to the kitchen. The downstairs is completely finished with a large family room, washer/dryer room, full bathroom, 1 bedroom and new flooring. Beautiful 750 sq ft trex deck with outdoor couches, large table, grill, outdoor shower and has three different levels. We supply most of the essentials needed while you are on vacation (coffee, paper towels, towels, linens, beach chairs, coolers, welcome gift, etc). Narrow river is only .5 mile walk and Narragansett town beach is only 3.5 miles away. Newport is about a 15 minute drive. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, coffee shop and Brickley’s Ice Cream shop. Please contact me with any questions.

We had a great time in Narragansett vacationing with family whose ages ranged from 1 to 75. The house was well stocked from the kitchen pantry to the linen closets to the shed full of beach supplies, all of which was a plus. Justin was easy to communicate with at all stages. There was ample space for everyone to hang out, and we made good use of the larger-than-expected dining area to play board games in the evening. When we encountered an issue with the freezer, Justin was very accommodating and looked to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Narragansett Town Beach is a quick car ride and the two included beach passes came in handy. We also opted to visit Salty Brine Beach in Point Judith using street parking, making that beach day free. The downstairs area is really nice; however, if needing to use the bedroom, give consideration to who sleeps there as the upstairs floors are very creaky. We are early risers by nature, but the pattering and movement of little ones upstairs served as an extra-early alarm clock. Of course this won’t be a concern for all—just including for information's sake. As a whole, we definitely recommend this property!

Perfect for our group

We recently enjoyed a long weekend in RI and this was the perfect rental for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. My sister has some mobility limitations so being able to stay on one floor once she got up the front steps was helpful. My favorite part was the outdoor shower and back deck! The welcome treats were very thoughtful. Thanks for a lovely rental experience.

Good, clean, pretty accessible to nearby attractions. I'd recommend some anti-slip strips for upstairs shower/tub & maybe some colored striping to leading edge of the top 2 steps @back entrance leading down to the deck. The uniformity of the grey strips of material of those steps & deck camouflaged the depth of the steps.

Perfect night away!

We had our friend reunion here and had planned to make a night out, but had an even better night in when we saw the place! The living room was spacious and comfy enough for 8 and everybody had a comfortable bedroom to retire to at the end of a perfect night. The kitchen was large and perfect for a larger group. So adorable and suited for a beach stay. Justin was helpful and went above and beyond for us. Can’t recommend enough!

Perfect little get away

We stayed at the house for a weekend to enjoy my sons engagement to his new Fiancee. The home was immaculate and nicely located close to little coffee shops and convenience stores. Josh was extremely accommodating and very reactive to reach outs. Highly reccomend :)

US Senior Open

My team and I were in town for the US Senior Open at Newport Country Club. House was a perfect base just far enough from the maddening crowds. Early morning it only takes 25 mins to get downtown Newport. Outdoor shower was extensively used and everything you needed is supplied. Great kitchen and dual air conditioning makes every part of the house comfortable in the summer heat. Justin was really helpful and super responsive to anything we needed. Hope to stay again.

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed this property, the beds are very comfortable, the AC works great, and the patio is the perfect place to hang out. We walked to the Coastal Cabin for dinner and Brickley’s Ice Cream. We had a day at Narragansett Beach - it’s worth noting that the two beach passes included in the stay are PER person to get ONTO the beach, you must pay to park $15 and $12 a person to get on the beach. The house is stocked with beach chairs and the outdoor shower is great! Thank you Justin and Sarah for a great stay.

Great Beach House

Highly recommend this house

We loved this house! It was very comfortable, lots of places to socialize together as one big group and the backyard deck was perfect. If you have kids, this place is also great as it has cute little areas for them, and a fenced in yard! Highly recommend, this was a wonderful experience.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient

We’ve stayed here 3 years in a row and would come back for a 4th in a heartbeat. The property is super clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood, and conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, shops, and Brickley’s ice cream. There is plenty of indoor spaces for friends and family to gather or spread out. If you like to run or walk in the morning, the neighborhood is perfect to do so. Justin is a great host, who is very communicative and helpful.

Amazing mini vacation!

I can’t say enough about the host who was so accommodating on short notice! We booked the property the day we were arriving as a spare of the moment get away for our Mom’s Birthday. He was so responsive and helpful in getting us in at the last minute. We arrived to a beautiful kept home with a welcome gift ! The property had everything we needed and was immaculate. The host did not skip on anything including 2 Beach passes . We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look into staying again

Family vacation success

We always go away for one week over the summer and try a new place. We may just have to go back to this one again! Justin made sure he answered all questions prior to our arrival and had information that would help us make the best of our week. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable.
