Clean hotel. Nice music decor. Not too far to walk go broadway. Decent hot breakfast with an omelet station although it was out of most the ingredients by the time I got down there.

Location is too far from the centre, it isnt convenient at all. Not sure the car parking fee is justified given the location. First room had mildew smell, but we were immediately offered a better one. Not very clean in public areas. Staff were hanging out in the bedrooms watching tv! Breakfast had an omelette station.

Location is good (like 26 min walk from the bars) and that was enough for me. I think the hotel needs a renovation. in the middle of the night of my stay the fire alarm went off bc its battery was dead, which was super annoying. Also, there was a smell especially in the hall that I didn’t like. Breakfast was good and they also have two massage chairs that are complementary and nice. Staff were friendly.

The hotel itself looked mostly rundown, and the location is far from any action in downtown Nashville. The hotel cancelled our reservation after having driven 8 hours to get there at 4 a.m., even though we called ahead to say we were running late and to not cancel our reservation. They assured us that was fine and then sold our room anyway after we had already paid. The guy who sold our room was absolutely unhelpful, and they chose not to walk us to another hotel. This means we had to pay more for a different hotel, parking, and then had to go back and reach out to support to get a refund, even though both people said we’d get a refund. HORRIBLE hotel, HORRIBLE staff, and didn’t do ANYTHING to make this horrible experience right. They wasted my money.
