Important Reminders â
1. Parking â We have a two car garage. If your party has more cars, there is TONS of street parking in case you need it.
2. Provided Items & Supplies â An initial setup of fresh linens, bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash liners are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests.
3. Good Neighbor Policy â Our home is in a new community that includes short and long-term guests and year-round residents. All guests and owners are subject to conform to the local regulations regarding excessive noise.
4. True Reservations Only â Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of any advance payment or deposit and the party will not be permitted.
5. Maximum Occupancy â This property is licensed and insured for a maximum of 10 people. If you bring more humans, children included, than agreed upon in your reservation â you may be asked to leave without a refund.
6. Smoking â This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250, there will be an increased cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages
7. Candles/Flames â Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles.
