Love this hotel! We’ve stayed here several times now and have had excellent service from the front desk the bar/food and our shuttle driver to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was pretty good. We will stay there again.

The room was clean and we loved the long bench under the tv. It was an oversized room so that was very nice. The only issues we had was with the support staff: Check in was way to long, requested a super quiet room but our room backed up to the elevators so it was far from quiet. Maybe this person was new because she didn't know the ice makers were not at the end of each hall.

The hotel was decent at best. I picked this location because we had an early morning flight back to our area. I gave it a lower rating simply because of the staff I felt like the hotel staff was unprofessional, and we were given one of the worst rooms with the the window/ view being level with the back of the hotel and its heating/ ac unit When I had requested something higher up with a city view my husband had never been to Nashville, and I wanted to show him how beautiful the city was. This is was less than a delightful example. But the room was clean. The bed was comfortable in the bathroom was nice.

Checking was easy, property was clean. Upon checking into our room, the floors were not swept. Both bed linens were visibly dirty and one bed had blood on the sheets. Sherri at the desk was very apologetic and moved us immediately. The new room was clean, toilet smelled of raw sewage and one of the bed skirts had crusted stain on it that we covered with a napkin not to touch.
