1st room was not ok but was tranferred to a 2nd room was good . clean facility safe area , breakfast was good , They will charge you a deposit but no receipt was given , no explanation of why a deposit is needed and they charge for parking each day smh you ask for room service and they have to check a list its ok hotel

Staff Friendly, Location Ideal, Mildew Smell

Stayed at the end of June 2025 and although the location was ideal and the staff friendly, our room smelled like mildew. We stayed one night in that room and even after cranking the a/c and buying Febreeze Plug-Ins, the smell was still there and so we requested a room change the next day. The staff accommodated our request with no problems and thankfully, our second room was just fine and had no issues. Even then though, I would not recommend staying there to anyone I know. I’m uncertain what was causing the smell, but I didn’t want to stay around long enough to find out and cause a potential illness.

This woman at the front desk was rude on the phone and hung up on me when I called for the shuttle. I had to call back twice before I got my questions answered. I watched her speak poorly to other guests when we were checking in. There was mold throughout the bathroom and hair in the shower. The carpet was gross. Breakfast was very marginal.
