This property is clean, quiet, and had plenty of space. It’s an easy walk to Broadway. Check in and check out were simple and painless. Will definitely look to stay here again next time!

Loved Our Stay

We enjoyed a great 5 nights at this condo. The bed was comfortable and the view towards the river very nice. We were able to walk to most downtown destinations within 30 minutes or less (usually less), including a place to pick up a few groceries for breakfasts.The Bi-Centennial Park is nearby and an interesting place to learn more about the history of Tennessee. The property host was always quick to respond and accommodating to a special request. A note for travellers - Uber / Taxi "surge pricing" kicks in at 2pm on weekdays and travelling INTO downtown after this hour gets a bit pricey. (While the condo in on the outskirts, it still "counts" as downtown.)

Perfect Location !

The location was close enough to walk to the downtown and many other locations such as the Musicians Hall of Fame and Nashville Sounds Stadium. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. We found the unit to be clean and well equipped and very comfortable. Rebecca was great to work with and very responsive. We would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Visit

My girlfriends and I recently visited Nashville for a girls get-a-way. We had a lovely stay at Music City. Rebecca was super prompt with all communications and we really appreciated her flexibility and in being able to accommodate our requests. The location is fabulous! It is close to amazing restaurants in Germantown and is an easy walk to all of the action on Broadway St. We highly recommend staying at Music City!

This property was perfect! Location was close to the heart of the city but still far enough away and very quiet. Parking was great, plenty of spaces and FREE! The rental itself was perfect for two people and was very clean. Rebecca communicated every step of the way and made check in process smooth and easy. I definitely would recommend renting this property or a rental from this location.

Great host with great communication. Very well stocked for our 4 day trip. Location was convenient to Broadway and restaurants and the free parking right outside the unit was great. Unit is on the second floor with a great little balcony with lovely views of the river. We really enjoyed relaxing out there. Pictures are accurate and the unit is comfy and cute. The bathroom is small - fine for my husband and I - but I wouldn’t have wanted to share it with anyone else. A great experience with hosts that seemed to genuinely care about our experience.

This place is absolutely amazing. It was so clean and one of the most comfortable VRBOs we have stayed at! It’s about a 20 min walk to Broadway which wasnt a big deal to us especially after eating bar food and having drinks. We did have a car but mostly walked everywhere. The decor is so cute and had made this unit really stand out. Thank you very much! Oh and the communication was so easy with someone always available:)

Condo was in good condition. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Surrounding areas were under construction which made trips a little bumpy. Walking to downtown was good but had to walk past homeless people who didn't bother you but msde us a little uneasy. After sunset we Ubered as was recommended by our host.Condo was clean but needs to be updated. There were a couple itemsneeding repair which i conveyed to our host. We will guve it a 4 star rating due to the aboveisted reasons.
