The property is beautifully maintained. I resided on the second floor and consistently found the hallway to have a delightful fragrance. The rooms are spacious and filled with natural light. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with a smile. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly. For those who rise early and desire a quick breakfast, there were numerous options available, which was wonderful overall. My experience at Glow was fantastic, and I certainly plan to return.

Check in was quick and easy. Arusha at front desk was very pleasant and cheerful. Room was very nice. Recently remodeled so the property was updated and clean. Close to the airport so easy coming and going. The only thing that I would suggest is to have a cappuccino machine like what we had at a different Best Western that we stayed at. Breakfast was good and the area was clean and neat.
