We have added an outside SPA on the lighted private patio. Full functioning newly remodeled kitchen with granite counters, custom cabinets, and new appliances. BBQ grill in back yard. Keurig Coffee maker and supplies!
All bedrooms have new Serta queen beds and a King master suite on main floor and two large bedrooms upstairs with 4 additional queen beds plus an extra twin! The whole house has wifi internet and a premium channel TV in living with queen sofa sleeper and Lazyboy recliner. Dining area with bar height table off kitchen and a basement with washer and dryer available for long stays. There is an additional quarter bath on main floor for washing up and grooming.

Great location in a Quiet neighborhood Just off I-24 & Briley Parkway near Berry Hill, Downtown, the Stadiums & Vanderbilt. 10 minutes to the Airport, Zoo or an easy 15 to Opryland!

NOTE: This was recently completely renovated and finished in mid June, 2019! This will add a bonus bedroom along with 4 other bedroom and 4.25 bathroom. 3 of the bathrooms have heated floors!!
The house sleeps up to 12 comfortably! Weekly and Monthly rates available!
Families with children welcomed.

Please note: There is absolutely NO Smoking inside the house and that we observe outside quiet hours from dark until 9:00 am.

We stayed here with three couples and two kids, and it was absolutely perfect for our group! The ping pong table and arcade machine were a huge hit with everyone — great for some fun competition in the evenings. The neighborhood is adorable and the neighbors were so friendly, which made it feel extra welcoming.It’s an older home, so there are some little signs of age like stains here and there, but honestly, that just added to the charm and character. The water pressure in the showers was amazing (a definite plus after long days out!), and the owners were very responsive whenever we had questions.The hot tub worked great, though we couldn’t quite figure out how to make it hotter — I’m sure if we had asked, they would have helped us right away. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back again!

A little disturbing when front door lock wouldn’t work and the man walking on the street said it must be sticking again and used the side door to let us in. Turned out his wife cleaned/managed the house but was an uncomfortable feeling that someone else could be coming and going so easily from the house. Drawers in kitchen would fall out anytime you attempted to open them. Could have easily slept 16 people but only utensils for four. It appeared to be a work in progress.

This is an older home that was updated and sleeps lots of people, giving private space to four families, which worked great for our group of five. The location was perfect for our Opryland conference destination. The neighborhood was very quiet and the host was thorough in all communications and responded quickly. really loved this property. we were a group of 5 siblings all in our 60's and 70's. 3 bedrooms downstairs, which was fantastic for us. The upstairs was spacious with lots of beds. Property was clean and air conditioning worked great. We enjoyed the hot tub and outside area. The agents were very accommodating and they responded quickly to any texts. Would highly recommend this property.

I found ants in kitchen, also the kitchen and bedroom drawers would fall down and almost drop to the floor if you didn't catch it. Stains on the throw blankets on the beds. Half of the lights didn't come on or flickered so badly it was hard to use them. The microwave barely worked. The kitchen had plastic plates. We had 12 people staying there an only 6 cups an maybe 5 or 6 forks an plates. I was very disappointed in the place.

Feels like a hostel instead of a home

If you need a bed, running water, and a roof the this is a good spot. If you need a home with basic ammentities and a welcoming environment, this aint it. Upon entering the home we were met with a extremely strong mildew odor. We unpacked our food and found all of the door shelves in the fridge to be broken so it was difficult to fit our items in one fridge and ended up needing to leave some in a cooler. The drawers in the kitchen fall down when pulled out as almost all og them are missing drawrer rails. This almost sent a drawer to the floor several times during our stay. The kitchen is barely stocked. There were some pink plastic plates and bowls from wal mart, and some cups. No oil, spices, large pans, cutting boards, or other items that a basic home would normally have. We had planned to grill out the first night, given that the description of the house advirtised a grill, but the propane tank was empty. The bathrooms have been rennovated but thise with tile had black mold in most every grout line. The shower curtains matched and need replaced. This owner did communicate well and even provided warning of impending inclement weather on our last night. We were thankful for a basement when the tornado sirens went off. However, the basement had never been cleaned. There was trash, nails, screws on the floor. Empty cans of odor reducing spray meant for use in homes after experiencing a fire.This home could be so much more.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The beds were so comfortable. The arraignment of the rooms were perfect for our large family. The game room was a hit with the teens. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. We will be back!

Good location

Our first impression upon entering the house was not great because it smelled like sewage. The problem was eventually fixed and Brent was apologetic. But I suspect the problem had been going on for awhile so it should have been fixed before renting it out. The house itself was okay. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. Hopefully in the future they will stay on top of issues before renting the house out.. location was great..centrally located to most activities.
